Chapter 4: Rival
Exactly at 6.15 am, all the outlets in the hospital canteen were ready to sell their wares, Arya immediately got up from his seat to choose food.
That morning, Arya felt his heart ache more than his hungry stomach, if it was true that Diana had betrayed Arya all this time he would not forgive Diana and Ryan.
The word sorry from Arya's lips was not easy to say, just like that even though he was a man who was devout in religion, it was difficult to forgive someone let alone forgive his lover and business partners.
Arya looked at the menu displayed above the Sundanese specialty food outlet 'Mrs. Euis', then after getting what he was looking for, he bought a serving of yellow rice and a glass of warm tea.
"Ma'am, I want one pack of yellow rice and hot tea," said Arya to the shop owner.
"Wait a minute, I'll prepare the food first," said her.

A few moments later, the dish for Arya was ready to be served on a plate with a glass of hot tea and Arya payed for the order. Breakfast that should have tasted delicious turned bland because Arya's mood was not good.
After breakfast, Arya got ready to go home to take a shower and change clothes. Before going home, he met Diana first in her room, as well as checking Diana's condition.
Unsteadily, Arya walked to VIP room 1 through the long and lonely hospital corridors, there were only a few people around the corridors.
Arriving in front of the room, Arya suddenly doubted whether he would still meet Diana and make small talk with her or not.
"Di, I don't know what you are thinking now. I don't want to hear you mention Ryan's name again in front of me." Arya muttered.
While inside, Diana was crying thinking about her relationship with Ryan, she wanted Ryan to be her future husband instead of Arya.
Diana had become a slave to love, once she gave her chastity to Arya and now it's happening again. This time, not of Diana's own will but because of Ryan's enchanting temptation.

The introduction between Ryan and Diana just happened. Their relationship began with Arya, Diana and Ryan meeting at a famous restaurant when Arya's cousin had a wedding.
At the party, Arya introduced Diana as his future wife to all his business partners who had just worked with Arya about a month ago.
Diana Kartika, a beautiful woman, attractive, intelligent, oriental-looking, tall and slender and has a dimple on her right cheek.
Arya's lover is a graduate of Uncle Sam's country, she is 32 years old, the middle child of Andre Sasmita's family.
At first, Diana was so happy when she was introduced as the future wife of the CEO of PT. Citra Buana Garment who is handsome, cool, dashing and authoritative.
Two weeks later, after Arya's cousin's wedding, the three of them met again on one occasion. Since that meeting, Ryan secretly began to like Diana and wanted to snatch her from Arya's hands.
The day that Ryan had been waiting for, finally arrived, when Diana was busy preparing for the New Year's Eve event at the hotel where she was leading, she suddenly fainted in front of everyone.
Spontaneously, Diana's secretary who realized the incident then shouted loudly.
"Help!!! Miss Diana fainted!!"
Then, the people there who previously focused on their respective tasks immediately turned to the direction where Diana had fainted, beside their leader Fauza was seen so panicked and worried.
Nino, one of the Blossom Hotel staff immediately approached them and carried Diana out of the room. Nino was already used to it, he was Diana's trusted public relations staff.
Almost every year they held a New Year's Eve event at the Blossom Hotel, almost every year the beautiful CEO fainted because she was too busy with her work.
Diana is a humble leader and is always kind, and wise to all the staff who worked at her hotel. So, Nino didn't mind when he had to take Diana to the hospital and even accompanied her patiently until Arya or Diana's parents came to replace Nino.
Then Diana was taken to the Dana Mulia hospital, it was at the hospital that Ryan met Diana again. He visited Arya's lover of his own volition, Ryan's attitude is so gentle, the attention is warm and made Diana quickly melt against Arya's business partner.
Their meeting made their relationship closer and betrayed Arya who planned to marry Diana.
That night, Diana did not return to her home at Arjuna Residence, she stayed at the Azalea Hotel with Ryan. Diana fell into Ryan's cradle that was so sweet and seductive.
"Diana, I love you," said Ryan.
"Me too, Ryan. You are different, not like Arya, who is rude and emotional," said Diana.
"Is Arya rude to you? He seems really nice to you.: Ryan replied in disbelief.
"He's rude, he's really good at pretending. I really know Arya's true nature, you're just way more attractive than him."
"If he's really rude and emotional, why don't you two just break up?" Ryan asked.
"Because I still love him, but I love you more," Diana explained.
"You can't do that, Di. You have to choose one ... me or Arya? If you choose me--"
"I can't, Yan."
"Why can't you? Anyway, you have to choose, you can't love two persons at the same time," said Ryan.
"Don't force me to choose ... it's a difficult thing." Diana said.
"Well, I'm not going to force you to give the answer now, but if you really love me, tonight I also ask for proof." Ryan started his action.
"What evidence is that?" Diana asked confused.
"I want us to do it right now, how about that?"
"You mean... having that relationship?"
"Yes, Di. We are both adults, you know where my conversation is going."
Diana's heart was confused when she heard Ryan's request, she thought why did Ryan want to have a relationship with her so quickly? They had only just met each other.
"Di, why are you even dumbfounded like that?" Ryan asked confused.
"Hah ... i--I'm not dumbfounded, I'm just thinking about something," answered Diana.
"What are you waiting for? You say love, if you love me, prove it," Ryan urged Diana.
"Hmm... I can't do it with you," Diana tried to avoid Ryan's invitation.
"I promise after this, I will marry you as soon as possible, but you have to break up with Arya first," Ryan coaxed.
"Anyway, why do you continue your relationship with him? Obviously, I'm better and richer than Arya," Ryan continued.
"I still love Arya ... he is my fiancé," Diana said.
"If you marry me, I will buy Blossom Hotel. Besides that, you can also become the CEO of one of my father's companies," Ryan flirted with Diana.
"Ryan ... actually, I promised myself that I would never do that again until I got married," Diana bowed her head, she regretted having given her chastity to Arya first.
"So you... you haven't--"
"Yes, but that was then," Diana replied quietly.
Diana's confession in front of Ryan made her look weak and stupid. She shouldn't have said anything so personal to a man like Ryan.
But, that night finally all of Ryan's seductions and attempts to get Diana's property were successful.
The relationship continued in the future without Arya and Diana's family realizing it, Ryan was very good at covering up his game with Diana.
Ryan is Arya's love rival.
