It took longer to return to the clan compound after killing the traitors due to the babies I had with me. Upon getting to the clan I summoned Megumi, passing instruction concerning the welfare of the babies. Of course, I wasn't expecting her to take care of them or anything just to pass them one of the three adult women or adults in general left in the clan.
I then created a purple portal right in front of me before walking into it, thus disappearing from the compound.
After getting reincarnated here, the system finally came online fully when I turned five, it came with a few differences from what I originally expected. Due to me not being digitised or classified as a game character, the system can't level up like the original from 'Bringing the Farm to Live in another World', unless I go to a world that works like a game or for some reason I suddenly start gaining levels like a game character. I'm guessing Carter and the god he works for planned that, since the system was given to me by them, and they obviously want me carrying out missions for them later on. So upgrading the system might be one of the rewards.
In front of me was a wide space, with a thatched hut that would fit just two people, and then a bigger building without any door or window and the word 'BARN' boldly written on it. There was no spring for water like 'Zhao Hai' had, nor the insecticide or most of what he had in his system subspace for that matter. The system subspace has 2000 acres of land for farming with various plants currently growing in it, alongside a ranch for animal husbandry. Everything is automated so I don't have to till the land for planting, harvest the mature plants, nothing at all, which is better for me because I don't know the first thing about farming or rearing animals. The subspace is bigger though, about 3 times the farming land of just open space for building or whatever I intend to do with it. The system has just one world though but with multiple islands scattered all over it, which is kind of a bummer.
The system subspace is filled with nature energy, about 10 times more than Mount Myobokuzan in Naruto anime. This much nature energy concentrated in one place would affect anyone that lives here over time, children born here would be stronger than they would have been if they were born outside, they would have more chakra too, but it would take about two generations living in here constantly to show any difference. So sadly it would take a while.

'It's frustrating I'm yet to completely awaken my Otsutsuki bloodline. The final ability has to be overpowered for it to be this hard. That's why I'm here anyway, I'm going to be training intensely for a month before leaving the system subspace for anything. First of all though, I have to bring the rest of my clan here. Not everyone Is going to be living here in the future, once the clan numbers recover, only the elite and their families would even possess the knowledge of the system space,' I thought before turning my attention back to the system.

And the most important part to me is the small world. I can only have one small world because the system can't level up, so I choose a particular one with about 20 islands, that are dedicated to creating the perfect summoning creatures. Every island is made perfect for a particular species, so they can have the best place for growth. The increased nature energy would then be concentrated on each animal forcefully evolving them slowly overtime. The surviving ones would then grow massive and be able to use nature energy like every summon in Naruto World. The better assimilated ones would be bigger, stronger, and more importantly smarter than the others, therefore gaining the ability to speak, the least assimilated ones would just be bigger than regular animals depending on the evolution level. This won't take a day obviously, a couple hundreds of thousand possibly a million and some years in the small world but that would only be a few centuries in the real world as time moves faster in the small world. (100,000 years = 50 years)

[A/N:- A study shows it takes about 1 million years to have a lasting evolutionary change. So it would be faster here, because "chakra". The time difference only applies to the small world, not the system subspace.]

Summoning the system store, I went through the housing options, looking for a mansion to accommodate the entire clan. I selected Victorian Style, 25 bedroom mansion, I limited the technology to the Naruto world's level, I don't plan on revolutionising the Naruto world after all.
Upon returning to the clan compound, I summoned Yuuta and Megumi, instructing them to start packing everything of value from the clan compound, and then started the short walk to my parents' house, well my mother's house now.
Walking through the door, I could see my mother preparing what is possibly a large meal for the children left in the clan. I could tell she was sad, her demeanour is very different from her usual, but I guess living during this era would make anyone tough due to how frequently people die. Well, she did say she was the last of 5 children, so obviously the rest of them died.
Turning to face me, she kisses my forehead before telling me to go wash up for dinner.
"Mother, are you going to be taking care of the meal for the entire clan?"
"Yes, they're only three of us left capable of taking care of the basic needs of the clan. But I'd rotate with Mai-chan and Kiyo-chan." came her reply.
"That's to be expected," I said before leaving to wash up.
It was already late by the time I sat down with my mother to have our meal since it took a while to get everyone eating and she wanted me to eat with her so I had to wait too.
"Indra, can you tell me how your father died?"
"He got surrounded by the Senju, and died fighting them off."
"Could you have saved him, Indra?"
"No mother, I was busy fighting off the other Shinobi since we were outnumbered by them. Is there anything else you'd like to know mother?"
"Nothing else, but I have something to tell you. This was going to be a surprise for you and your father but I couldn't tell him before he left."
"I'm pregnant, I found out the day you all left I was a month pregnant. I was going to tell your father, it was going to be a celebration because we've been trying to have another child since we had you". She couldn't finish her statement before crying again.
I activated my 'Byakugan' as I got close to her to embrace her, I could see another tiny chakra signature forming inside her. 'Was I feeling guilty I let the entire clan shinobi be wiped out? of course not? I don't know what guilty means. They were weak, and have been riding on my coat-tail for a while now. They all needed to die, offering women and children to me as breeding partners to create an army of mini-me all in the name of the good of the clan.
With my strength, I can establish myself as the strongest shinobi during the warring clans era, so the Uchiha clan and the Senju clan would come to offer me a peace treaty when it's time to create the villages. Konoha would be Founded by Hashirama, Madara and I.'
'I could create my village or just kill everyone left around me and then become a roaming shinobi. But that route has its own set of problems, I don't know how to run a village, my strength alone won't attract people to the village either, I need to be charismatic as Hashirama to get people to follow me and I'm definitely not doing that, besides establishing my strength would I'd have to kill hundreds of people in the coming months, people would be scared of me and not willing to join me.'
Anyways taking my attention back to my still weeping mother, I thought of Naruto and how the Kyuubi's chakra mutated him in a sense due to him coming in contact with it right from when he was conceived. I slowly sent my chakra into my mother's womb, letting the still developing fetus interact with my Otsutsuki chakra.
'Oh, she fell asleep, seems like my chakra is too powerful for her. I then sent wood release chakra to her and the growing fetus to heal any damage that might have occurred. I'm going to be doing this every day through the entire duration of her pregnancy, so I can't have any of them dying before this is completed.' I thought to myself while carrying her to the bedroom.

Indra was back in the clan head office when Yuuta and Megumin walked into the office after knocking and then receiving permission to enter.
"You summoned us clan head," Both of them spoke simultaneously the moment they got in the office
"Starting from tomorrow, I want you both alongside everyone with a formal shinobi training to capture all the animals on this list," Indra passes them a list before sending them out of his office.
Then he entered a purple portal that appeared right in front of him, before disappearing from the clan compound.
