When Sam just woke up from a daydream, he found that the world changed suddenly.
After the apocalypse, humanity fell! Countless fierce beasts and carnivorous plants invaded the humacivilianation through portals that broke open due to space distortions caused by heavy nuclear explosions in the Third Nuclear World War!
Humans were caught unprepared when they were recovering from the loss of the war. Only some millions of the population remained alive.
Moreover, due to natural disasters, terrains changed. Storm ragged, tsunamis and earthquakes, volcanic eruptions devastated the lands.
One after another continents fell.
Another thing was the appearance of the Underworld about which mankind still had least to no information. Different kinds of zombies with intelligence and dead beings sprang up from underground and started slaughtering humans. Mankind had no way to stop them other than to flee.
The government collapsed, society crumbled and the military was too busy to slaughter the enemies. Crime rates increased. All these internal and external troubles almost lead mankind to extinction.
To survive this, some humans had somehow evolved from the radiation and mana from the portals and obtained superpowers.
All the abilities started at super weakening from and the only way to strengthen your innate ability was to undergo further evolution by battling other superpower users who may be humans, fierce beasts or ferocious plants.
A person needed to defeat a beast or ferocious plant themselves to gain their gene points. It gets miraculously absorbed in the body leaving only a useless beast or plant body that could be used as a ration. Thus in this world where government and military-ruled strictly, strength mattered the most!
Thus humanity finally found a way to survive...
In this world where the strong preyed on the weak, will Sam be able to survive?

Here is my thoughts about this novel so far, The flow of the story is quite smooth and the dream sequence description that the author describes is also quite nice and tidy. It felt that I was watching a scene. I also like this novel making a lot of cultural references or even the web novel itself. As for the MC, so far he is good for now, but I believe the author will give exploitation especially with his dead parents and relatives to make the plot point even stronger. While the world-building, it's fine and I just hope it will get more detail and exploitation about it. Overall, that's all I have to say about this novel, and keep up the good work!!

A very clean writing and an engaging one at that. I do hope that the author release more chapters as it actually pretty good tbh. This is one of the few novel who had perfect grammar, thumbs up ^_^
I mined for copper but I found gold hehehe... Some words might've been eaten in the first chapter, but the following chapters rarely have a writing mistake. It's good and understandable :) All I can say is that this book is worth the read, and it keeps getting better and better! Sure some chapters might make it difficult to read because of annoying characters, but that's what makes things good. The characters are described very clear, that you visibly feel what the MC is feeling.

Only 4 chapters in but this book has shown some serious potential. The author wasted no time and directly headed straight for the plot in the first chapter and readers know immediately what they're going in for. The world-building is nice and detailed and I'm sure would be explored more in the future chapters. It is well written and has an intriguing plot that draws you in. A very well rounded piece of work. I read two chapters so far and I think the flow of the story is going smoothly. There's no plot-holes whatsoever so far. The writing style is very simple and understandable. Just like the saying, "Simple is best." So, I admire the author to create a style like this. it's very easy to understand the story so far and also the feel the sufferings protagonist had when he was just 10 years old. His grandfather passed away...later on, his favourite cat, and following them, his parents too. It's quite disastrous to see the mc to be lonely and sad. Even though he transmigrated, the situation was still the same. I'm hoping for the mc to show wonders in the following episodes. The only drawback I saw in this novel is grammatical mistakes. I hope author edit it and improve the vocabulary of some sentences she wrote in a rush. Other than that, the overall story is very intriguing and I'm going read next Episodes too. I like such stories, after all. Keep it up, author. I wish for your success in creating a masterpiece through this novel. 👍
