Chapter 205: S1-155: Misunderstanding

~Babil, 6115 a.d. Day 170~

  Letha looked around her before asking, "Where was I going?"

"You shouldn't go down that path," Lied suggested.

"But whyyy?" Letha asked, dragging out her words.

"It's blocked," Hilda finally spoke. "We can't go up from there."

Letha just pouted. They managed to somehow convince Letha to follow them. Although the tower had been mostly empty, there was no telling what kinds of traps were lying in wait for them. Besides, after talking to Letha, Hilda and Lied had a silent agreement that it was probably for her own well-being that Letha sticks to their side instead of wandering about.

They made a big round and ended up taking a different path to find a stairway up.

While they climbed, Lied noticed how quickly he was running out of energy and strength in his legs. It was a long way up. Letha walked behind Lied and in front of Hilda. While Hilda was walking, she was constantly distracted by the floating green ball.
