Chapter 323: Chapter 315
The whole guild exploded as soon as the lost members arrived at their doorstep, Makarov even started crying followed by everyone.
Jack watched all this as he smiled in satisfaction, they could go back anytime they wanted, but seeing as Jean was enjoying herself in this world, he didn't say anything.
Leaving the guild behind he walked down towards Magnolia, the beautiful town as he started looking for a suitable house to live in.
Although Jack and Jean had decided to not cheat in their little adventure, living in the shabby guild was really hard for him.
After looking around, Jack finally found a few houses that he found likable but the landlord or owners were asses so he didn't buy them.
After thinking for a while, Jack suddenly had an idea and he started looking for properties outside the outskirts of Magnolia, as those within will be much more expensive than those outside.
Unlike regular people, he didn't need to be afraid of beasts and such, it took him the entire day before he finally bought a land that gave him a good feeling.
He decided to talk about what kind of house they wanted to build with Jean before continuing as he didn't want her to feel left out.
Jack went back to the guild and saw that the guild was still in a good mood, the scene looked chaotic as chairs were being thrown around, if Jack didn't know any better, he would have felt that there was a battle ongoing.
"Ahhaha! It's the kid from the island," at this time, Gildarts who was still busy drinking yelled as he started patting Jack's shoulder with fervor.
"Thanks for finding us kid, if it weren't for you, who knows how long we would have been captured."
Gildarts laughed out loud as the other also followed along, Jean smiled, she always liked when people praised her partner, although they had never explicitly stated it, they were more than couples now, they had always hinted it, but saying the words outright was always a different thing.
Jack was soon engulfed in the happy chaos around the guild, without knowing when but everyone asleep right then and there.
The guild was finally complete for now.

The next day, things went as usual while everyone decided to participate in the grand magic games to build up the reputation of their guild.
Makarov left with Mira and Erza on an errand that Jack knew was going to be interesting while those left behind were deciding on who could be part of the team.
Things were heating up once again as everyone started fighting again, Gildarts disappeared once again on an errand, but Jack felt like the guy just didn't want to be troubled with competitions.
Jack decided to help once everyone decided it was time to train, he also felt the dragon slayers looking at him from time to time in a weird manner, almost a little scared of him.
Just as they began their trainings for the grand magic games, One of Lucy's spirits came out, surprising everyone.
Jack knew they were going to waste three months of their time because of his previous memories.
He could have stopped this but the fact that he could visit the spirit king's realm excited him, thus he went ahead and arrived at the spirit realm along with the original caste.
Needless to say, the place was beautiful, Jean was mesmerized by the place, though she also received a stink eye from the mermaid spirit for being too beautiful but ignored it.

"Ehhhhhh!" Everyone shouted in unison once they realized that three months had passed in the blink of an eye and that the grand magic games were near.
It felt like all hope was lost, though who were these people if not stubborn to the end,
Erza started drilling everyone with her nightmare level training as she called it and trained them for the week.
Jack didn't participate in the training, he simply took Jean with him and disappeared from everyone's view.
He wouldn't feel any accomplishment by training among the little wizards, though he did manage to replicate every magic he saw.
"Why are we here?" Jean asked as she looked at the grassland.
"Haha! I bought this area, I want to build a house for us over here, it's right outside of magnolia and considering our strengths-" Jack didn't get to finish as he was suddenly tackled into a hug.
"Our house!"

While the Fairy tail members trained hard for the week, Jack spent his time building a house with Jean.
It was a whole new experience for the two, Jack was finally satisfied with the house he had built, it was nothing grand or anything like that, just a simple two-story house.
But the both of them were happy with it.
Jack smiled as he and Jean planted a nameboard on the ground.

They smiled at each other as they went in.

A day or so before the grand magic games,
Jack and everyone else were standing in front of Makarov who was finally going to announce the names of those in the grand magic games team.
"Alright brats, let's get this over with."
