Synopsis

I’m a sucker for long chapter updates, and the author delivers. Primary characters are well-written. Their backgrounds were described intricately. What got me hooked in particular was the last part of Prologue! [img=fp]

I so love it! It’s always intense and gives me angst yes I know it’s a toxic relationship between us but I still like it! I hope they always get missions because that’s where the action part begins and I’m overwhelmed by the action plot! A VERY SATISFIED READER HERE.

This is exceptional that sometimes I feel like I’m watching an anime/I can visualize an anime straight out of the chapter scenes. Amber is an amazing character and I’m excited to see how this one progresses. I seriously need more updates from you.

Glad that this wasn’t one of the typical “mate!!”, “you’re mine!!!” werewolf books. Don’t get me wrong, I do love romances but it’s tiring to see the same lines over and over again. From what I’ve read so far, I can say that this would make a good action-fantasy story. The FL’s development every chapter – hats off.

I absolutely agree with the review above saying that its plot is intriguing. This is new since the focus isn’t on the concept of “mates” (or is it too early for me to say that?). Moving. It’s my first time to write a book review on Webnovel. Amber is likeable, but I’m digging the father – Cain. I always found myself waiting for his appearance. The book also contains sports? That’s commendable.
This book had me at “death-row prisoners”, sounds dark and twisted. The first 3 chapters are riveting. This is Fantasy-Romance, so I’m curious as to how the author will transition the current events to that. It’s just that, it’s so good now, even without the romance part. Trust me.

Added this story to my reading list. The title and the tags really caught my attention at first and then when I started reading the prologue, it drew me in right away and kept me enthralled all the way through until the current chapter!! Will be waiting for more chapters, author-san!!!

This story is quite impressive with its lengthy chapters but no exposition dumps seen. Although the update is once a week, considering the chapter's length gives you about 4 to 5 chapters equivalent to 12-15 pages per normal chapter length with other novels. But still I can't get enough of it. Haven't seen any flaws yet (if there would be) with the storyline and the MC's backstory and (initial) development are well thought of and progressive in detail respectively. As for the world building, every thing was already depicted from the start.
