Synopsis
Du Jiuyuan lay in a grave of love for three years. Finally, her heart was as dead as ashes, she gave up on finding love and decided to go down a career path of a strong woman. I thought this book would be fun, but itโs just left a bad taste in my mouth so far. After being mistreated for years, the FL wants a divorce. However, no one in the story respects her autonomy as sheโs forced and manipulated to stay. Itโs just sad. The ML even has authorities block traffic so he can check every car to find the one she escaped in. The MLโs grandmother tries guilt tripping her to stay using her old age. Itโs just terrible how no one respects her decisions or cares about her happiness. They acknowledge that sheโs been mistreated by ML and MLโs household, but still force her to stay. It makes the ML especially unlikeable as he just steamrolls over her decisions if he doesnโt like what sheโs doing.
I read a lot of novel for years make me kind of selective when choosing novel now my comment for this novel you will feel frustrated but can't stop want to read more about it .good for people who want to torture your self for wanting more and fell like want to beat up people when you read it . my most favorite character is fl aunt . love her this book more like second chance for couple to mend their relationship and improve to be the best of them . well after all life is about improvement towards better version of our self

It seems webnovel translate any books these days. The plot is not moving forward s it just back and forth. The Fl is useless and Ml is even more useless. Chairman of the Ji business but cant even control his own family.
i am just getting bored only by reading it title. why all the novel are about after divorce. In these kind of novel FL is strong but still fall into the trap of her enemies. So FL is strong but stupid

Oops sorry. I understand the Female Leadโs feelings but can we be more realistic? Unless she is a reborn! Anyway, reading between the lines, we can truly see that the Male Lead loves her. He just doesnโt have the correct way of doing it. But with the Female Leadโs character, we will just be in a never-ending limbo. Not so keen on that.

Potential Ruined The story had a lot of potential. It started off very interesting, but ended abruptly before it could even fulfill many of the story plots. I donโt know if the original author lost funding or what, but the story does completely end at 110 chapters. You can tell by the introduction of new characters and some sentences that the author intended to have a longer story. For whatever reason though, we were left with a story that ended before it even began.
Altho ending was very jarringly abrupt, at least it wasnโt just dropped at some cliffhanger. Characters arenโt fleshed out much, most are unlikeable and even FL setup barely draws some sympathetic interest but not much else. The flaws of ML are inexplicable, not that I am disparaging any degree of mental illness but it is such extremes and illogical he only relies on treatment from someone with crush (thus ulterior motives) and then never balances with his so-called intelligence to ever realise how harmful he has treated his for the years at home?? Glad I didnโt spend real money to unlock ch (thankful there are free passes) and that it didnโt stretch hundreds of ch before cutting off life support

I expected a lot since the summary description give this kind of feeling wherein it would be a good read. But the moment ML just ask the household staff if they have ever treated the FL with respect knowing they did not frustrates me, he didn't give punishment or fired them and with that fact he didn't manage his household and let his stepmom and servants go rampant is a already a red flag. It really disappointed me.

I dont understand the tag. It says sweet love but for me the ML is like a robot. He has no feeling and the care he has for FL got hidden by his cold personality. FL should just get an alimony and live by herself.
I liked it a lot. The story was entertaining and easy to follow with many ups and downs. However, the ending felt rushed leaving me disappointed. I'm glad that the author offered up a resolution by giving a glimpse at their future.

I liked how FL woke up from her fantasy world and became strong. The Ji females were as horrible as all modern dramas (meh). MLโฆI have both like and not liking emotions towards him. FL and ML, this story, all 105 chapters were focused on her career and him chasing after her. There couldโve been more details on ML and his personality. Chapter 107 โDonโt call me FL, call me babyโ confused meโฆthen chapter 110 rushed how ML and FLโs relationship ended with a โThe Endโ. ๐ณโฆI mean what happened? Did the author get bored with his story? 110 chaptersโฆthe ending was summed up in a few sentences. Thanks a lot. Iโm not sure how I like this story.

The story is pretty nice but ended in rush.. There are so many yet to be clarified like who is Master H, why LJ &YM approach her, what is the ending for the villains etc..overall, the writer can do better.
Nice redemption story but with a quick ending. I would be nicer if there was more character development or details on female leads change of heart and male leads management of his condition
I don't know if it's just me, but this book felt rushed almost as if there was more to write but the middle got cut off and the end was glued on idk it might just be me
I really like this novel. It's pretty much close to reality. Unlike some novels wherein the FL doesn't have any other "choice" but to go back to the ML because they are living a hard life. The FL here is determined to stay away from the ML and is for sure gonna work hard for her to achieve where she is right now. She is not the Mary Sue type where she's a genius. Pretty much a normal FL who will get out there and start a new life on her own.
