Chapter 223: 222 - A battle?!

Kushina was a little nervous since she wasn't a very good trainer and had only recently started learning from Alex, but considering that her opponent was just a Magikarp, the weakest Pokemon in the game, nothing could go wrong, right?
"All right, let's go to Riku and have the world's first Pokemon battle!" She said excitedly as she hugged Charmander next to her, causing Charmander to roar to the sky in excitement, thrilled at the glorious idea of being the first Pokemon to fight in his trainer's world.

The problem was that even though Magikarp was a Water Pokemon, which was theoretically Charmander's opponent, no one believed it could win because everyone knew how weak that Pokemon was and how powerful Charmander could be.
