Knights of the Blue Dragon

After a revolution dethroning the corrupt king of Arca. The people rejoiced at the sound of a new, just age.

But the leaders of the revolution had conflicting ideas about how the country should be run. So they decided to split up the country into 5 new nations with new rulers.

Adria, Ostgrund, Nadia, Meryn, and Mor Vangar. With each country specializing in different rune magic.

The five nations were at peace for a while, but soon war broke out over how they would split Arca’s resources.

The wars have go on for the last 400 years.

Ariel snow is a young boy from the sea country of Meryn. The country is vastly underwater and everyone who is born there develops water runes at the age of 5 which help them breathe underwater, allowing them to discover the world below.

But before that, they must live in the town of Débu. In order to wait for their runes.

However, Ariel has just turned 11 and is the oldest child in the history of Meryn who had yet to awaken his runes.
Born with the sea green “eyes of Mer” he feels like a failure to his family and to himself.

Hopefully he’ll awaken his runes soon. His parents swear to wait however long it takes.

That all changes when Adria attacks...
