Synopsis

The plot was slow at the beginning, then it went pretty well after few chapters. I like the personality of Owen, he is always dilemma in terms of his revenge and his relation with Oscar which is really catching.

It's very descriptive and it made me immersive while reading! The character's perspective helps a reader understand his place and it's a nice trick. Keep up the good work author, this can surely hook up more readers😉
I believe this novel is inspired by my favorite TV program Downtown Abbey. :) tell me if I am wrong. The writer really has a good knowledge of the post-medieval time (say 18th to 19th century?). The plot moves slow but Owen's every action he took is reasonable. It is not a cliche faceslap plot, and Owen's revenge is well planned. In addition, I am quite like the romance between Oscar and Owen. Owen is kind of twisted character while Oscar is powerful but shy and loyal to Owen. LOL, kind of my favorite couple settings.
