Synopsis
Charlotte Reeves, a wealthy middle aged painter must face the reality of raising a troublesome 8 year old son alone after the divorce from her husband, Detective Jon. All efforts from her best friend Sheila to talk her into a new relationship proves futile until one day. Charlotte is invited to her son's school after he is involved in a fight and there she meets a thrilling young man who later introduces himself to her as "Smile". They start talking and in no time a lonely Charlotte is drawn into his dark secretive world.
Just then, women begin to die in the small town of Manhattan and as investigation goes deeper, Charlotte fears that she may have fallen in love with a serial killer.

Personally, I feel this is a great piece. The writing quality is top notch, makes use of a lot of humor and relatable everyday scenes. The updating of the book isn't as frequent as I'd like it to be. The story is developing well, a big slow for a romance novel but I love Tue fact that the author knows what he's doing, bringing the characters out one by ine and lining them up as possible suspects since there's a murder involved. I would really want to see the 9th chapter. Great piece!
What I like bout the storyline is the feelings are well described. It's so refreshing to see how in each conversation it is desrive he emotions in point.
I just started this book and I got to say, I couldn't stop reading . The writing is so good that I am literally drooling . The story is progressing at a steady pace, I love how the character's interact , the flow is so natural , I also liked when the FL took the courage to leave her abusive partner ,this book is worth the time , READ IT! And kudos to the author , you're really talented .
Story progressed well over time although I'd have suggested a romance novel starts with a little bit of romance or at least shows hint of it before long. The characters are marvelous and I love Smile especially... Weird choice of name though. Still needs lots of improvement but I'm definitely reading on.
I must say, it was the title that attracted me towards adding it to my library. it's been an interesting read so far and I really can't wait to see what happens next.
