Chapter 35: THEIR THEORY

Lucas mentioned, "…I was wondering. If the real Sakura's eyes are planted on this Sakura's socket, could it be that the real Sakura is… dead?"

"Shut up! Go back to your work!" Mateo shouted at him.

'Has he lost his mind? Alex is already having a hard day and he has to say that?! That bastard!' he cursed Lucas inwardly.

He carefully took a glance at Alex. Alex's expression darkened when he heard Lucas's words.

Mateo said, "Don't listen to his nonsense, Alex. You can take a leave today if you want or I'll give you more work if you stay in the company."

"Send me more work," saying that Alex left them in the corridor.

After he was out of sight, Mateo slapped Lucas's head.

"Are you out of your mind? You already know how depressed Alex is today. Did you have to mention 'the other Sakura'?" he scolded the redhead.

Lucas scratched his head, feeling guilty.
