The Autumn Crystal

Six months later, Stella was still mourning over her lover’s, Ace’s death, blaming it all on her herself when there were two knocks and after a beat the third one. Her eyes widened, knowing there was only person who knocks like this. When she opened the door her whole world stopped. Ace was standing in front of her. Or maybe someone who looked like Ace.

“Ace...” The whisper confirmed who it was
It was her lover who came back from the dead. He stood in front of her gazing down in her eyes, trembling, naked in the rain. All emotions hit her at once. How they met. How they fell in love. All the flashbacks.
However, Ace doesn’t get those flashbacks. His memory is gone. He was like a new born in an adult body.
Whilst Stella tried to figure out what happened, she noticed something strange about him. He now had powers a normal person didn't have.
