Chapter 4: New Day
It was the next morning when Vionna woke up. Today will mark a new beginning for her. She was ready to start her new day with her new job.
She sleepily yawn and stretched widely. The bed was quite soft and comfortable, she had never slept on such bed in her life. The whole room was infact beautiful. Painted in a mixture of lemon and white, Same with all the items kept inside making everything blend together nicely.
She yawned one more time. She didn't feel like getting up from the bed today but she had to.
The sound of the clock was ticking and counting reminding her that she has less time left to reminisce with her bed.
Today she will have a lot of work to do. Her job starts.
Their Young Master will arrive today evening and she had a lot of cleaning to do, so much on her list. She had to start with getting out of bed first.
Some how, Vionna managed to find the strength to get up. She slowly strolled into the bathroom by the corner of the room.
She did the normal morning routine. While the tub was being filled with water, she hurriedly washed her mouth, Before she was done the tub was only filled. She quickly rinsed her mouth and then strip of her clothes.
She soaked herself in the warm water, enjoying the sensation it cause on her skin. A satisfied grin was etched on her face. 'I could spend the whole day here.' She said Inwardly.
Unfortunately the wasn't enough time left to enjoy this. She hurriedly showered, got dressed and found herself staring at her reflection in the mirror.
Vionna was putting on her maid's uniform. It was a bit tight and skimpy on her. Though she had a slim and slender figure so fitting in wasn't a challenge, some areas of the uniform were just tighten a little.
After she made sure she was well prepared and ready to go she took one last glance at herself before turning on her heels out of the room.
Literally, she forgot the way back to the living room. Luckily she had a retentive memory, she traced all the familiar places she could remember when she followed Mia, till she finally bursted were she wanted to.
Upon reaching her destination, no one was present. it was still quite early by the way.
She heard some noises coming from the kitchen so she followed it.
Mia, Sandra and Tania were present there. It looks like they were preparing breakfast for the family. Two other people which she wasn't familiar with were there also.
"Good morning everyone." Vionna greeted with a cheerful smile.
Her voice immediately made them turn towards her. "Good Morning." Mia and Sandra replied while the others curtly nodded.
"Hi you must be the Young Master's new personal maid." One of the two voiced out.
"Yes I'm Vionna." Vionna replied.
"Nice I'm Tomika, Mika for short." Tomika said.
"And I am Jasmine, Jas for short." Jasmine said imitating Mika with a laugh.
They all laughed after Jas spoke.
"But I'm right ain't I?" Jas said with her small voice.
"Yeah you are." Mia answered not done with her laughter neither was Vionna.
"Hey Vionna won't you help us with breakfast?" Tomika said getting Vionna's attention.
"Sure, Why not?" Vionna replied then quickly went on to assist.
After Twenty minutes they were all done with the dishes and it was time to serve.
"It's okay Vee we can take this from here. You still have a lot of work to do right?." Sandra asked Vionna.
"Yeah, but...."
"It's okay, the Miss will get angry if she sees you." Tania seconded.
"Alright I will get going now." Vionna said.
"Thanks for your assistance Vionna." Mia appreciatively muttered.
"It's nothing." Vionna replied waving to them with a smile.
With that Vionna left the kitchen premises and took the stairs up. She remembered the way leading to the bedroom that the guy named Kai showed her the previous day.
When she arrived at the door. She took out the key from her pocket. "Thank God I haven't misplaced it yet." She thankful released a sigh.
Without delay she pointed the tip of the key into the key hole and turned it left. The door made a 'Click' sound, signaling that it had been open.
Vionna slowly pushed the door in while walking in with steady steps. "Wow!" She uttered with widen eyes.
It was a very huge room, ten times bigger than the one she resided in and the whole quarters. "How can a human stay here alone." She muttered moving her eyes around with awe.
The beauty comes with hard work. Though it was big and marvelous so was the work. She will have to clean this whole place sparkling.
Vionna took a moment of silence, she took a deep breath in and released it after some seconds. "You can do this. Fighting!" She cheered herself up with motivation.
She immediately started the cleaning. The whole place looked like somewhere they haven't occupied in years. And she didn't doubt that thought.
She hurriedly started cleaning the whole room leaving every single corner untouched. This Young Master will have to pay once he comes back.
