Chapter 17: Why...?
There is a new chapter 14.... Yeah I uploaded chapters from my phone yesterday resulting in the order getting messed up a bit. Anyway enjoy the new chapter.

Uvogin and Nobunaga were detained in the elder's house in the center of the North District. This was not too far from the gathering place, so Loki decided to make quick work of it.
Loki quickened his pace until he saw a tall building towering over the trash piles. The tall building stuck out like a sore thumb among the small huts and bungalows.
"These two people aren't making it easy to save them…." Loki thought, looking at the tall building in the distance.
Loki's figure suddenly disappeared from the street, and when it appeared again, it was standing right next to the building.
Several security guards were wearing black clothes and sunglasses at the door, watching everything around them vigilantly. Seeing this, however, Loki just smirked a bit underneath his mask before walking straight to the door as though none of this door.
As Loki walked through, many of the security guards immediately took out their guns and began to point at him.
"Stop where you are! This is a restricted area, take off your mask, or we will shoot." One tall one called out.
Loki heard this and chuckled a bit before taking his hands out of his pockets and raising them in the air.
"Hmm… Let's try that one… Black Light Domain…" Loki muttered to himself.
Suddenly black light formed clones of Loki and began taking out several of them. These people did not harm the security guards, but the pain was too much for them to resist, causing them to black out.
Those who passed out would silently be killed as soon as they fell by a throwing knife or a bullet from Loki. Weaving in and out of all of his clones, he looked like an expert dancer.
Every time the people got close to him, he set off another round of clones. Soon the head captain and vice-captain of security were sent out. The two of them put immense pressure on someone without nen.
"Everyone, take him down now!" Yelled the captain into a radio. Soon an all-out war broke out between Loki and all the guards. Over hundreds of armed men had already been wiped out by Loki with no end in sight. Every time a group died out, another group replaced them.
"Hahaha…. I haven't been able to witness a slaughter quite as unique as this in quite a long time… Did you guys perhaps do this for me…?" Loki said in a touching voice that seemed to ring out between all of the clones.
"God dammit! Kill this guy!"
"Brother! How could you kill my broth…!"
"Ahh, we're all going to die…."
Soon after several rounds of bullets and knives between Loki and the guards, there was only one Loki left, along with the Captain and Vice-captain.
All of the clones had dispersed, leaving only a slightly exhausted Loki.
"What are you going to do now without your clones!" The vice-captain yelled.
Loki tried to pick up a gun and fire, but it was jammed, leaving him helpless.
Seeing this made the two of their eyes light up. Loki tried to put his hands up to surrender, but the captain quickly shot him in the chest as soon as he did. Loki's body fell to the floor in a pool of blood.
"We got him… Jesus, that was close… Did that idiot really think we would spare him after he killed all these men?" The captain spoke wearily while walking up to the body.
"I know, right… I really didn't think that was how he would die …." Said the vice-captain while looking at the body of Loki.
"Why do you make it sound like you're complimenting him? He's just some damn trouble maker!" Said the captain kicking the body of the bleeding-out Loki.
"Hey, where are those prisoners? They must have sent more after them!" The vice-captain said, turning to the captain.
"How are you so forgetful? There in the basement, remember? We have to go check; the boss said he would punish them later and wanted us to bring them over." The captain said, turning around to run off.
"Oh, in the basement? I should have guessed anyways. Thanks for the information." The vice-captain said before pulling out his gun and shooting him with a smile.
The captain fell with a look of shock!
"Why…"
"How ironic… That's the same thing your vice-captain said when you shot him a second ago… HAHAHA," The vice-captain said while laughing.
Suddenly the vice captain's face turned into Loki as he removed the domain he had set up.
"Did you know that he was asking you the exact same thing as you were kicking him on the ground?" Loki said with a mischievous smile underneath his mask.
The captain heard this and looked towards Loki's body, only to see his vice-captain dead on the floor…
"You know, I bet you a lot of people should have asked that same question as they died now that I think about it. After all, I only fired one bullet in this fight…. " Loki told him, laughing a bit more to himself.
"That's impossible! I saw you kill hundreds of my men!" The captain screamed, starting to go crazy.
"Tsk tsk... your quite a slow learner, captain. You guys all killed yourselves while I watched." Loki said coyly.
This mask-wearing demon made the captain fall into a deep fear as he thought of what those words meant.
In the previous fight, Loki had changed all of their perceptions, making their allies look like clones of him. All he did was witness the entire fight as they continued to kill themselves.
When it got down to the last few, he quickly made himself look like the vice-captain so he could find Uvogin and Nobunaga without any hassle.
Fighting against Loki as a group was the last thing you wanted to do. This simply gave him more ways to kill you.
"We all... My men... haha..." Soon the captain was laughing out in deep despair.
While this was happening, Loki was already turning to walk away.
"Who knew that it was so easy to kill a group of people…" Loki thought to himself as he calmly walked towards the basement.
When he arrived downstairs, what met him was a remote underground prison. It was damp and messy, with a faint scent of blood floating in the air.
Walking for a little bit lets him find Uvogin and Nobunaga. Uvogin had his head slumped down and wrapped with five big chains. Next to him was Nobunaga, leaning against the wall and also tied up.
"To think you guys would get caught just after learning nen…?" Loki asked in a mocking tone while walking up.
Nobunaga, who heard this, had no idea how many times he had complained in his head recently.
"Right when I thought I could leave, this bastard had to speak and cause trouble… Now I'm a miserable prisoner…." Nobunaga said in a tired tone.
"What makes that bastard think he can talk bad about Loki and Machi! Even if you can bear those words, I can't bear them!" Uvogin said, with an expression saying he would do it again if he could.
