Synopsis
It all started when the protagonist downloaded a game called "The Fool (Beta Version)," marking a pivotal shift in the style of his life. This was no ordinary game; it lacked visuals and music, composed solely of lines of text and a multitude of choices. Yet, each decision within the game had the power to alter the player's destiny, for on the other side of the game lay a real, unknown world.
Players were unable to physically enter this otherworld or see its landscapes, experiencing the alternate realm solely through text, vicariously living each step of their character's journey.
As the game progressed, not only could rewards from the game materialize in the real world, but creatures from the game began to appear in reality as well.
Then came the day the game was released for global public testing.
An era quietly unfolded, where the masses embarked on explorations and treasure hunts in an alternate universe through 'textual adventure,' heralding a new chapter of engagement and discovery.

The premise is based on a text adventure and I'm into that..................................................................................
I will sum up the beginning of the story in two word, "How Convenient". At the start, the author creates many interesting events but has difficulty connecting them. It's as if a lying kid is trying to converse you of two very unlike events connecting. It kicks you from immersion. Unfortunately, author is subtly nationalist and he is Chinese so the basic "Unity My People" as well as America consistently suffering is sprinkled thought the story. Regardless the Novel really picked itself up as it progresses, it has potential stemming from the insanely creative world, method of exploration, and my personal favorite crafting/items/and related mechanics. Also it is in the middle of the intelligent scale, it is no Sonny boy and it is notches above Re:Zombie and fits right in the middle.
People are not understanding that the premise of the book is narrative rpg, but the other part of the work, the reader, is the weak point of these works. If the reader is not a good character, the entire work goes to waste.

Read the mtl, really good at the start. be warned though, the quality does decline when the upper realm bs starts jappening
