Chapter 21: Chapter 21 - A Spar With the Crown Prince (1)
Alex followed Valdez through the halls of the royal palace until they finally arrived at a clearing in the center of the royal palace.
The place looked very spacious and there were several knights training there. They practiced swords, spears, bows, and so on.
Those knights saw Valdez coming and immediately stopped their activities and flocked toward Valdez.
"Captain, what are you doing here? Didn't you say today is your day off?" one of the knights said as he looked at Abigail who was beside Valdez. "Then, who is this young lady?"
"This is indeed my day off, but I have important business to finish with that man," Valdez said as he looked at Alex. "Set up the training field for a spar and bring me two swords."
"Two real swords? Wouldn't it be better to just use a wooden sword?" the knight asked. "Didn't captain already know that it would be dangerous to use real swords for a spar?"
"Calm down, that man asked for me to do that," Valdez said as he looked at Alex. "So I will do as he asks."
"Okay, we'll do it immediately," the knight said.
The knights clapped and the other knights gathered before him.
"Let's set up the training field for a spar," the knight said. "And as for Clark, please bring back two real swords from the armory, this is the captain's orders."
"Ready to execute!" those knights said as they started preparing the training field.
Valdez grabbed Abigail's hand and led her to his office while they waited for the training field to be prepared.
Meanwhile, Alex was abandoned by the two of them and could only stand still staring at the knights who were preparing the training field.
The knight who previously gave orders to the other knights approached Alex and stood next to him while tapping him on the shoulder.
"I don't know what life problems you have until asking the captain to use real swords," the knight said. "If I were you, I would never do it because you could accidentally get slashed by the captain and die on the spot."
"Huh? Did I ask for that? When?" Alex asked himself as he was confused.
"Well, good luck then," the knight said as he left Alex.
Alex became confused as to what will happen to him. He felt he would not be able to win against Valdez, and in the worst case, he would die at Valdez's hands.
"If I die here, can I log out?" Alex asked himself.

"Huh? Can I log out now?"
Before Alex could log out, Abigail's voice suddenly echoed inside his mind.
"Yes, but don't log out yet," Abigail said in Alex's mind.
"Why am I only now able to log out?" Alex asked. "Then why did you order not to log out?"
"You can now log out because you have finished the sudden quest," Abigail said. "You can check it by saying quest information."
"Quest information?" Alex asked.

The crown prince of Inarania has no trust in you to protect someone he loves so he challenges you to do a spar
"Huh? Why is there another quest?" Valdez asked.
"Oh, I thought you'd be bothered if a lot of screen messages popped up in front of you, so I turned them all over to me," Abigail said in Alex's mind. "The quest information will reset and only display quests that you haven't completed within one day in the real world."
Alex sighed and then he said, "I don't care anymore, I guess I'll just log out."

"If you just disappear, then this madman will immediately stage a coup d'état against his father and make me his queen," Abigail said.
"So what? I've had enough of this game," Alex said.
"Then you don't care about me and other people who are called NPCs in this game?" Abigail asked.
Because Alex originally has a big heart, and in this game, he is not Hong Dae, he couldn't possibly ignore Abigail and the other people who are called NPCs.
"Okay, I'll do this quest, and then I'll log out!" Alex said. "How about that?"

"Alright, now I will send you information on how to optimally use a sword in this world," Abigail said within Alex's mind.

Suddenly a lot of information entered Alex's head and he slowly understood how to use a sword. He understood how he should hold the sword and how he should swing it. He even knew the most suitable sword art style and stance to wield a sword for him.
Even though Alex received a lot of information, he was fine due to his god slayer class.

"It's a secret for now, but I will tell you that he was trying to kiss me earlier," Abigail said. "Then see you soon."
"What?" Valdez asked in confusion.
