Synopsis
Become a prophet? Recruiting the most outstanding individuals to eradicate demons? Leading the holy army in the extermination of evils?
Or you can choose to become the demon lord instead. Create your own subordinates, even shape them according to your wishes. You can also build a dreaded kingdom of darkness and make an army of chaos.
You have to pick one of those options in the VR game "Mistrea: A Fantasy Management Sim Game of Light and Dark."
The second choice appeals to Ethan Alexander more. To be a good citizen in the real world, he had to follow the rules; why would he do so in a fantasy realm?
Thus, in the world of magic and fantastic creatures, he was reborn as Vorn, the demon lord. But that doesn't mean he'll launch campaigns of heinous human slaughter right away.
It would be no fun for him to rule over a ruined world. That means that those who worship him will be scarce. He wanted to be adored, hailed and regarded as equal to God by many people.
He will keep using methods that are not constrained by any rules. The evil way, but not always violent, and more fun.

I consider this novel a multiple protagonist story. So, there will be POV switches.

The beginning is quite captivating. The story develops at a steady pace while not lowering it's quality, with the only problem being grammar but just some minor mistakes here and there. The character descriptions are basic and simple though, but doesn't ruin the story and is enough to still let you imagine the character. World building is, as usual, what you would expect of a fantasy story which can be a good thing. All in all, a great read to say the least. Keep up the good work!
Seeing as this is the same author as hvisland, I am expecting big things. i don't much care for Grammer mistakes so long as you can tell what it was trying to say. overall I will be sure to read till the end
The mc acts like a hero and goody two shoes the entire time. He tells his Minotaur general to not kill humans and makes him do adventurer requests all for the sake of spreading his name. He attacks a drug trading black market because a random lady hates what drugs did to her son. All the villlan things he makes his minions do are useless to the plot and usually fail. Nightmares or sucubus minion failed to add any meaningful change to the plot. He apologizes and acts like a beta character to Emily even after she cuts his new succubus. Normally when this is the case like in Overlord - the adventurer Momon, There is a juxtaposition with a villan plot happening behind the scenes so Momom can fool the humans but in his case the mc is just a hero that happens to be the demon king.

The story is fun to read but the title and description is VERY miss leading ... The MC is an Anti Hero not a demon king ... He is basically a Hero who doesn't feel the need to save every cat he sees in a tree.

Hello author, chapter 1 here, I still don't know if the world is real or it's just a game, but even if it's just a game, it seems to be interesting, since the protagonist said that it looks real, I'll keep reading, congratulations and hope that the story is good.
The story has an inviting synopsis, and the first two chapters were captivating, although there are some places I feel like the writer didn't adequately elucidate for the right perceptibility, I do like the writer's creativity l just feel that the writer should seek out more of that originality.

The story is really good. The characters name are lit and I recommend this novel to everyone.
No real big issues with this series. Has some gradual storyline buildup that helps ground it from being too outrageous. I stopped at locked chapters since I wasn't captured fully.
