Chapter 4: OiM - Chapter 3: Cultivation and Sun
Kai started to practice the [Breath of the Hercules Bull] Technique, but it was for a short time, until the instructor left him alone after being satisfied with his progress.
The Technique itself is very good, if he really had a weak body as they say, it would help him a lot to overcome his deficiencies.
But in the end this Technique helps to make the body stronger and more resilient, but with extra focus on endurance and muscle growth.
Kai is not interested in that, but he wants to have as much Internal Energy as possible, as he manages to make his body much stronger through Rituals.
As for his current weakness, it's due to him only making his body strong in a specific way, as well as improving the functionality of his organs as a whole.
And he is weak because he wants to, otherwise he might already have the strength of a 15~16 year old.
But since he won't practice the [Breath of the Hercules Bull] Technique, what will he practice?
The answer is simple, Kai has spent the last few years researching and naturally practicing this rhythm, in fact it is inefficient, but it has given him many ideas, even more feeling this new Energy, which has no Elements.
Kai understood how much the Paranormal loves Internal Energy, to the point of receiving it in exchange for materials.

Anyway, Kai experimented a lot and figured out how to draw even more of that Raw Energy in the environment into his body, not to mention that all his veins are unobstructed, they are strong and resistant, capable of storing a lot of Raw Energy.
Then Kai takes advantage of his improved metabolism, to refine all that Gross Energy even faster, converting it into Internal Energy!
Kai calculates that his raw energy absorption and refinement effectiveness is about 6-7 times more efficient, even though he is still small, when he is in his 15~20s, as well as being even stronger, his body will be able to hold even longer and refine even faster.
But of course, Kai understands how having too much Energy can have severe side effects and cause death.
To do so, he combined the Paranormal Elements in his Breath, causing drastic effects, which he resolved over time.
And finally, the Breathing Technique he will practice is one he named as [Suffering Breath].
When Kai uses it, he feels his blood boil, he feels electrifying gusts throughout his body, a very painful sensation.
He also feels an intense heaviness, all over his body, along with an intense tightness.
His whole body tenses up when he starts cultivating, the pain is hellish, even torture!
Kai doesn't like this, he's not a masochist, but he understands that no pain, no gain.
And since the result is beneficial to the body in the long run, why would you stop for a little pain?

Tattoos also have slight effects on strengthening the physique and senses.
That is, the necrotic tattoos are just advantages, when he is older, he will naturally get rid of these tattoos, where he will undergo a Skin Purification Ritual, a Blood Element Ritual, many practitioners of the Occult did this.
As for the reason? Tattoos are extremely common, due to them giving power and greater connection to the Other Side, but naturally there comes a point where you get stronger and wiser, knowing better Rituals, but not having the space to engrave them on your body.

Kai has no use for it now, because just like any other Paranormal Ritual, the Skin Purification Ritual causes a lot of pain!
Among the Elements of Death, Blood, Knowledge and Energy, the Blood Element causes the most pain.
Many theorize that it is because the Blood Element encompasses the flesh and nerves, so it is more sensitive to pain and affects it enormously.

The man standing, bowed, before turning around and with an intense expression he began to walk in a hurry, soon disappearing.
