Synopsis

George Dickman is a perfectly normal person. Well, he would be perfectly normal if he didn't turn any living to dust with a mere touch.

He decided to run away when he got beef with his father who seemed to hate him since birth.

Four days later, he became homeless and that’s when he crossed paths with Diego—a graveyard resident.

Danger lurks on the adventure he was gonna take with his newly found companion: pirates; warlocks and witches; undeads and assassins; and so much more.

The first step to doing all these is to acquire a graveyard residency which is by no means an easy task.

And in the process of doing so, he found himself tied to an altar made of disgusting stuff, about to be sacrificed to the dark powers by a cult of the ancient tomb.

1. NO HAREM 2. UPDATE SCHEDULE: Two chaps every 5:00 & 5:05 in the morning [GMT +8] with occasional mass releases here and there. Will have approximately 600+ chapters. Could be more depending on the author's ever changing mood. (The author won’t be dropping this so rest assured.) 3. Is it worth your time? Or is it any good? I don’t know about you but for me, it is. Can’t please every single reader after all. But if you like feel good adventure stories with a Harry Potter vibe. A story about pirates and warlocks and occasional action scenes, then you MIGHT like it. But I’m warning you though. English isn’t my first language but I’m doing my best. I read the chapter over and over again until I get sick of it before uploading it. But since I’m only human and make mistakes, there will be subject-verb disagreements here and there. That's why if it’s not too much to ask, I’m hoping you could point them out and maybe give an advice or two out so I’ll learn and keep improving. 4. And lastly! This one isn’t really about the story. More like an author’s request. I joined the WSA 2023, and I am hoping that maybe, if you’re fine with it and like the story of course, uh, maybe leave a review and a power stone? (I’m not forcing you, okay?) But it will really make me happy and will motivate me to write more. Thank you for reading this and if you have any questions, please comment them down below. I’ll try to answer them the best that I can.

I collected this book the day I stumbled upon it's synopsis. But I was surprised to find the story way more interesting than how the synopsis tells. The characters look real and their conversations are not forced. Author does a good job at describing everything vividly, in a short but rich style. My radar couldn't detect even a single mistake so far. You're caught by the heading on chapter one which is the MC's name, then by the miserable life he is living. I hope author will be fair and give our George Dickman (😂) something to teach a lesson to the family members who... (don't spoil it please). Forgive me for that. But you will like this story so much if you're into fantasy, adventure or horror gerne (not sure about this one but I've read some horrific scenes). Author, keep it up please! Don't drop this world! You've built it well. Don't let anything distract you from developing it.

This novel explores the compelling story of George Dickman, a young man who is far from ordinary due to his ability to turn any living thing to dust with just one touch. After a dispute with his father, George finds himself homeless and wandering the streets of the City of Bonaville. It is here that he meets Diego, a graveyard resident, and together they embark on an adventure. The journey is not an easy one, and in order to achieve their goals, the duo must first acquire graveyard residency, a feat that proves to be quite challenging. Along the way, George finds himself in dire situations, such as being tied to an altar and facing a cult of ancient tomb worshippers. The author does a fantastic job of creating a vivid and engaging world filled with unique and fascinating characters. George is a relatable protagonist, and readers will find themselves rooting for him as he navigates the challenges that come his way. The addition of magical elements adds depth and intrigue to the story, and the inclusion of various supernatural creatures keeps the plot fresh and exciting. The writing style is fluid and descriptive, immersing the reader in the story and keeping them engaged until the very end. The dialogue is natural and believable, and the pacing of the plot is well-executed, with a perfect balance between action-packed scenes and moments of reflection. Overall, this novel is an excellent example of the fantasy genre, with a well-crafted plot, compelling characters, and a captivating world. Fans of adventure and magic will find themselves thoroughly engrossed in the story, making this novel a must-read for anyone who loves a good adventure.

Nice development. it's only been right chaps but I think I'm getting to understand the world our mc lives in. I have one problem though, sometimes the author uses the present tense while other times the past tense. Apart from that everything is good. This is a must read.

I love it, the concept is fresh, it's engaging, and the story feels well written, I do however have a problem with how you sometimes word stuff, it is hard to explain, but it's something you will understand once you read a few good books, if classics like homer's odyssey, or Julius Ceaser don't interest you, id recommend tyranny of steel or supremacy games if you haven't read them. try analyzing how they write it will bump your work up to a 5 super quick in my books.

It's a great story with lots of potential. The interaction between the characters is pretty well done, together with their descriptions. I'll follow it and add to my collection. The only thing here that is holding the potential of the novel is the grammar. Nothing that a good rewriting couldn't do. All in all, keep the good work :)

Okay so i must say it got me hooked on , or now i bookmarked it and i hope you post a few more chapters so i have something to read xD. I observed a tiny mistake where you said his landlord threw him on the streets for not paying rent, but then you said he run from home 4 days ago , maybe you'll change that. All in all i think it's a pretty good story.

I think this book is well written and has a smooth flow. The world setting is entertaining and we are introduced to it in an adventurous way. Minor grammar errors but overall I think the author has good execution of bringing her world to life in the imagination of the reader.
