Yuuichi Katagiri and Ayanokoji Kiyotaka are known as the best among the 4th generation White Room students. The two of them were equal in their abilities, and no one could compete against them. They acknowledge each other's strengths, and often compete to see who is the best. Through their competition, their respect for each other grows, and grow closer and consider each other as "true friends first".

Until one day Yuuichi Katagiri was bought by a swindler and politician named Shiba Taizen who adopted him and taught him various psychoanalytic techniques, mentalist tricks, manipulating emotions, and the dark side of the world at the age of 13.

While with his adoptive father Yuuichi was also given academic and physical training like in the Whiteroom, in his final year of junior high school Yuuichi was given the challenge of completing the Tomodachi Game by his adoptive father to prove himself which Yuuichi finally won.

Just before high school, Yuuichi enrolled in ANHS and was accepted into class D due to some problems. What happens when Yuuichi and Kiyotaka meet? Will they still be friends? or become enemies?
