Synopsis

Note - First of all I would like to clear everyone's misunderstanding that William will become a Hero because he has a strong sense of justice. He has a secondary identity that starts as a result of his desire to have powers to protect his daughter. And this is a Hero that is not like your typical Hero who stops robbery or stops thugs at night. This is something much more than that. The stakes are a lot higher and more personal.
I am not talking about Heroes like Captain America or Spider-Man. William is very different. He did not become a Hero because it sounded like fun. He was forced to take that role because of the situations that he had been put into.
This is a slow novel. Especially the whole first volume might feel very slow for you as in this volume, a background of this fantasy World and William's daily life in Emberfall city is established.

Quite alright, it's just that there's way too much unnecessary description, and unfortunately i simply don't have the patience to read 5 long paragraphs about berries. Well i guess this is just not for me, good luck author! .
The story is great and everything it's a great novel I read after chapter 7 and think I am going to drop this the story and everything is great but the daughter and the demon queens behaviour towards MC Kindle leaves really bad after taste for me so I Kindle don't really like either of them

Nowadays, you have to predict a novel genre to be different than its intended just to not be clickbaited. Alway those titles with seemingly no harem, end being harem all the time. I can’t even count the innumerable amounts of time that a novel with title such as ‘my wife is something something ends up being a harem novel. Why does everything needs to be harem. Yeah, it is what most of the webnovel readers; the h*rny teenagers seek, still, can’t a romance novel be without harem. It is rare to the point that, if you ever want to read, you would have to go to the shoujo sections🙃
Really nice novel. The begining of this novel maybe a litlte bit slow but things were slowly getting interesting. I suggest readers to read at least first 5 chapters. (Though I only have read till chapter 4 when writing this review. Trust me things get very interesting in chapter 4)

BUT THERE SAID THAT THERE WOULD BE SACRIFICE.... AND THEY CAN HAVE THE SHOP THAT SELLS EVERYTHING TO THE DAILY NECESSITIES TO THE MODERN STUFF THAT HE CAN DRAW UP AND HAVE SOMEONE MAKE LIKE GAMES AND TOOLS AMD OTHER OTHER THINGS THAT THIS WORLD DOESNT HAVE AND THEN WHEN HE GETS HIS WOMEN (THE ONES HE LOVES) THAT WILL RUN THE SHOP HAVE HIM MAKE BRAS AND THINGS THAT CAN HELP THEM LIKE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AND MAKEUP AND OTHE BEAUTY PRODUCTS THIS WAY EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING THEY LIKE TO BUY OR USE OR WHATEVER AND THIS WAY HIS STORE WILL THRIVE AND CAN MAKE IT SO POPULAR THAT HE CAN PUT IT ALL OVER THE KINGDOM AND THIS WAY HE CAN HAVE A GREAT LIKE FOR HIS FAMILY AND ESPECIALLY HIS DAUGHTER/ NIECE BUT ONLY HAVE HIM OPEN IT AFTER HE FINDS THE FIRST 1OR 2 WOMEN HE LOVES UNLESS THE FIRST WOMEN IS LIKE A SPECIAL MERCHANT THAT GOT THOUGHT BY HE DAD OR FAMILY AND THEY EITHER DIED OR THEY KICKED HER OUT BUT SHE KNOWS THE INS AND OUTS OF THE MERCHANT BUSINESS SO SHE CAN GET CONNECTIONS TO GET SUPPLIES AND HOW TO RUN A STORE AND THEN THEY JUST HIGHER HELPERS AND GO FROM THERE!!
the story is really good and the character are also good the world building is solid but nothing unique my reall problem is with the pacing it is so slow man like you don't need seven paragraphs to describe a fruit overall highly recommend just accelerate the story little bit
Writing Quality and Story development are a 2 as even though grammatically it is decent, writing like a Literature Major who is high and doesn't realize 90% of the story is eloquent fluff that adds very little to the story. It is bad enough it is hard to push past 10 chapters unless the reader loves lon g winded sagas about minute scenes. One note ** Read the synopsis completely first so you actually know their relationship.. I couldn't force myself to see if Isabella and William ever have a meaningful conversation about the situation.
Every single thing or action carries way too much detail. We don’t need the disposition or the aura of random people on the streets or some unknown waiter. It’s like nothing can progress without telling us how the mc specifically feels indifference about it. This type of writing is called purple prose and this is absolutely the wrong genre for it. Makes the author seem like he is self-abusing while writing every chapter.
I’m loving the novel so far, but as with dragon monarch systems most recent chapters I feel the description of some things is overdone leading some chapters being majorly dedicated to just describing something. Which is ok so we can clearly picture it even though we’re not there, but I feel it slows down the development of the story itself.
10 out 10 character development. 10 out of world building and especially the details. The plot feels a little bit slower but it's picking up pace.

I really liked the premise of this Novel and wanted it to be good. However, the writing is terrible. It’s similar to those Authors that start using Chat GPT or other LLM/AI to edit or write their novels. The vocabulary is way too flowery and complex. The Author needs to tone it down and keep it more simple. Super disappointed.
If you like adventurer romance this a great story it has a good plot great character development and a story you can get sucked into so give it a try you won't regret it.
A decent novel though it is hard to get past 10 chapters unless u r the type of person that likes slow burn stories. Too much time wasted on eloquent description about something that could be described with simpler shorter words. Also at the start it feels as if Isabella is just a thing to show that William is kind , respectful and resourceful and nothing else
As the Author of this novel I am giving myself 5 star rating. So What can you expect from this novel. This novel is about a story of a Hero. A Demon Empress who has lost everything. A broken Man who has a strong sense of desire to protect the innocent from danger. A Hero isn't afraid to take lives for the greater good.
