What to Expect in this FanFic
The story will be told in First Person, which means not everything is clear from the beginning because the characters aren't wizards or Gideon Ofnir, they aren't All-Knowing....
Melina gets her own POV and made up story points, but she remains lore accurate. Her story is overhauled because I find her role in the base game to be extremely disappointing.
There will be a good ending, with a twist of course. There won't be any love story however.
MC won't fight every main boss, only the ones necessary to progress in a certain ending, and also fits to his own back story.

The combat won't be the same as the game.... it'd primarily be like Sekiro's combat with Elden Ring's Ashes of War. This is because it's impossible to write good combat using Elden Ring's dodge-roll mechanics alone vanilla's combat is just not nuanced enough.
(Author's Note : Don't worry though, I have countless hours in both games so I understand how to mix the two's combat without seeming out of place.)
And lastly, this story primarily focuses on the Lore aspect of the story as well as character dynamics. You can expect quite a few made up interactions between NPCs and the Tarnished.
