The Legend of the Heavenly Beast

Kurogane is the main character of the story. Kurogane is from the lowest rank of the world. He comes from a family of rats which are treated like pigs. Kurogane had 8 siblings. They all had dreams to see the world and the universe to explore their secrest. But fate can be so cruel. Kurogane watches as his brother’s and sister’s taken from him one by one. They couldn't handle the world. Most of them took their own life or sickness got the best of them. Either way Kurogane watched as he couldn’t do anything as one by one they all were all gone leaving him with just his mother. Yuki the mother of Kurogane saw as her kids were taken by this world leaving only Kurogane. Yuki was very protective over Kurogane, not leaving him out of her sight. Kurogane did not hate his mother but he felt like he was trapped. No freedom, just a bird in a cage not able to spread his wings. But that all changes when he meets this old man and help him.
