As the combat instructor announced the end of class, Ryan found himself being pulled forcefully by Helen out of the room and towards the elevator. She stood in silence, her gaze devoid of emotion as they waited for the elevator to arrive.

He tried to ask her what was wrong, but she remained eerily silent. He attempted to free his wrist from her grip, which was starting to sting, but found it impossible - her grasp was inhumanly strong. With his mana reserves exhausted and stamina spent, any attempt to pry himself free was futile.

Resigning himself with a deep sigh, he let her do as she pleased. After all, he had a feeling she meant him no harm.

The elevator doors slid open with a resounding 'ping', and they stepped out, heading for the exit. Helen pulled him forward relentlessly, her impatient stride evident.
