The inspection was originally slated to finish before four o'clock in the afternoon, but calibrating the equipment took longer than expected. It was not until nine o'clock in the evening that all inspection work was finally completed.

The foundation of the building was not very solid, and corrosion had appeared in the steel-reinforced concrete of the foundation. Multiple voids were detectable, and the underground parking garage had severe water leakage. It is recommended to prepare for the prevention of building collapse during demolition.
