Sliver of Silver

In a world where the glory of humanity had fallen, Humans survived by living in floating cradles of life in the skies created by their last living Goddess. But with limited resources, humanity was bound to put their feet back on the ground to survive.
With the ever floating cradles called Eden Towers, humanity survives by getting towed by fate itself and hoping to find land with resources they can harvest even temporarily.
And with the land crawling with mutated beasts, hostile non-living creatures, and even titans, only the brave Guardians with their God given powers could secure resources for the citizens of the Eden Towers.
But, there's also a group capable of securing resources for the citizens for the lower caste.
These people are called Collectors. People who are brave enough to put their feet back on the ground, but did not receive the gift to protect themselves from the creatures of their world.
The story revolves around a young man named "Rusty". With his partner "Ruby", he puts his feet on the ground in hopes to go up the caste and have a better future.
Although he does another jump to the ground like usual, something out of the ordinary happens.
