A Hero's Ballad

A Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild story. This will be a trilogy. The first book takes place 100 years before the start of Breath of the Wild. There will be lots of action and adventure and things will get pretty dark, however ultimately it's a story of how two unlikely people come together to overcome incomparable odds, terrible loses, and find love.

Zelda, Princess of Hyrule, is a focused and determined girl. She was born with an amazing power and an even more extraordinary destiny. However after 16 years her powers have yet to emerge and rumors of Calamity Ganon's return have surfaced. Zelda knows she needs to unlock her powers now more than ever. Assigned a personal knight, Zelda meets Link, the knight who wields the legendary swords that seals the darkness. Filled with frustration and anger, Zelda forms a plan to prepare for Calamity Ganon's return. Now her and Link must travel Hyrule to gain alliances in order to defeat the imminent threat that approaches. However can Zelda unlock her powers in time? And if not, will Link and the four champions be enough to defeat Calamity Ganon?
