Aenim, Book 1: The Loop

A young witch, Leif Starchaser, has been cursed by a mysterious source and seeks out the power of the Philosopher's Stone to come to his aid. And then he falls in love, complicating matters. After being rescued from the hostile desert known as the Hallowed Dunes, he can't see him leaving without Korah, a mage that had convinced him to join The White Guard. He faces a dilemma because the Loop follow him everywhere he goes and destroys everyone and everything Leif loves and adores. Should he tell Korah what has been going on with him, why was he so stiff and secretive? If he doesn't Oasis, along with Korah and the rest of it, then the Loop will find them and destroy all but Leif, which the curse never even bothers to scratch him a single time, or to communicate with him in any way.
