Chapter 32: Chapter 31: Training with the Three
After talking with James I went back to my room and slept. Walking up early the next morning I started my workout routine. Walking over to the arena with Dhara I saw Sokka, Katara, and Aang. Not giving them a second thought I started my stretches.
Stretching my lower body first then moving up as I began to loosen my muscles. While I was doing this the three of them kept staring at me. Starting to do my splits I started my 100 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. When doing my push-ups Sokka tried to compete with me.
Finding it amusing I sped up as I complete the 100 push-ups while he was starting his thirtieth push-up. Trying to catch his breath Sokka went to a bench and sat down thinking of ways he could beat me. Starting the sit-ups I wrapped my feet with the earth to not move. Starting Dhara came out of the ground and laid right next to me as I began to move back and forth.
About to complete the second part Katara came toward me. Looking at her I asked what she needed "nothing much just that if you could let me touch your companion?" "Sorry, you can't she's very protective of me and especially with beautiful women. Hissing at them if they get close to me and would bite them if felt threatened." Blushing Katara apologized and walked away.
Seeing her walk away I saw Aang giving me a death glare saying with that look to stay away from his girl. Giving him a cocky smirk I thought of a way to mess with Aang. After finishing my sit-ups and squats I began to start my run around the arena. Taking off my shirt slowly and erotically as my chiseled body was covered in sweat. Making my body shine as Katara began to stare at me with a predatorial look.
Seeing this Aang's face became as red as a tomato and his veins began to pulse. Giving a smile at Aang I saw Sokka had a look of envy. Seeing him touch his muscles promising them he'll get them like mine one day. Beginning to run Aang began to run alongside me.
Getting challenged I began to speed up as we both left a trail of dust. Seeing Aang take the lead I started to wrap my legs and arms with the wind increasing my speed. Taking the lead Aang soon did the same getting neck and neck. Seeing how competitive he was while not having no restraints I decided to take off all my bracelets.
Opening my hand all the bracelets fell off me and with my speed they created a small crater. Taking them all off for the first time I felt free but at the same time naked. As I took the lead and left Aang in the dust as he began to cough. He created an airball and sat on it as his speed increased but was still not enough to catch up with me.
After completing my run I stopped picking up my bracelets outing them on I headed to the bench picked up a towel and wiped the sweat. Seeing Kataras eyes glued on me as I smiled at her as she turned away. Seeing this Aang began to have air come out of his ears as I began to laugh. Heading toward Katara I saw that she was frozen.
When I was in front of her I asked if she could help me with water bending. Hearing this she agreed and so did Aang saying he would tag along to train as well. Going to a stream Katara began to give a small overview of what water bending is. "Like water, you must be adaptable and shape it to what you want. Like a river, you must follow the path that was already created.
Hearing this I knew it was going to be hard for me. Knowing full well that I could not be adaptable because the way I bend is head-on. Getting confused I asked for help from Katara she began to move the water back and forth in front of me. Following her same movements I began to move it back and forth with her.
Still not getting a hang of it I stopped for a minute as I sat down to rest. Seeing Aang I found out that depending on your personality you'll have great ease with certain elements and difficulty with others. After fighting Aang I knew he would have great trouble with earth seeing how weak his personality is. Getting back into the river I started to move back and forth the water till it becomes easier for me.
Fire Nation countryside:
After recruiting Mai we went straight to the countryside. Where Ty Lee would arrive with her circus group. After waiting for some days the circus arrived and we bought some tickets. Watching the show we say Ty Lee's acrobatic skills as well as her flexibility.
Seeing how much she changed I believed her fighting style would have changed too. After the show, we waited for her to come out and talk with her, and soon she came out after. Seeing us Ty Lee ran at us asking if we enjoyed the show telling her we did she asked what brought us here. Telling her about the mission my father gave me a glimmer that could be seen in her eyes shined brightly accepting to join us.
Grabbing her bag Ty Lee left with us back to the camp. As we started to create plans on where the Evil Avatar would be at. Heading to the border of the Earth Nation to commence the search.
Back to Jack:
The whole day I did not improve at all bearly able to create a small wave. Heading to the showers with Dhara leaving Aang and Katara at the river soon Vaatu began to talk with me. "Jack, why do you hang around my sister's host?" Giving an explanation to him that Raava's host friend was giving me pointers on how to water bend. "So that's why but with your personality it's best to do that last and better to focus on the other element Fire." "But why?" "Fire is the most suited for you right after earth and with your personality and my power it would be the best for you in the future than water."
Understanding what Vaatu meant I went to wash up and go to bed sleeping till the next morning.
