Naive teenage girl, Carolyn Anderson has only known her books all her life, even when her friends try to persuade her into having a relationship, the Brook High School student body president, doesn't want to hear a word of it.
But everything changes when the school has a new student, Joseph Wilson transfers to their high school, he has Carolyn completely whipped. She is head over heels in love with Joe, as she is new to love she comes off as pathetic.
