Chapter 79: Drew the line

Gwen stepped out of the company's building. It was time for her to leave and she waited for her driver to come and pick her up. 

After whatever happened in Karl's cabin, her heart and mind were a mess.

'Why did he said not to avoid him when he was the one who drew the line between them' heaving out a sigh she looked into her cell phone when she heard a loud horn that made her flinch.

"Jesus..." she squeal and looked ahead to see Karl's car standing in front of her and the next second window slid down.

Karl looked ahead without sparing a glance at her and that made her hurt squeeze.

"Get in" she heard him say but his eyes still kept looking ahead.
