Chapter 10: New Quest : Dragon slayer
In Folkvangr, in Ottar's room, Kai was lying on the bed unconscious, Ottar was standing beside the bed, while Heith was checking Kai's condition.
*Knock* *Knock* knocking sound came from the door
"Who is it now", sigh Ottar as he opened the door.
He was greeted by a person, who was wearing a brown Robe while covering his/her face and body. The person was Freya, who was wearing a Robe covering her face and her body.
"Freya sama", Ottar was surprised, He wasn't expecting Freya, But his when he realized he reveals a deadpan face.
Freya glanced at Ottar, Smiled at him. Ottar quickly understood and gave Freya a way to enter.
Entering the Room, She approached Heith and asked, "How is he?".
"Huh", Heith was taken aback to see Freya, because of her sudden appearance and question.
Seeing Heith not answering, Freya just smiled at her, while Ottar Shout from behind, "Heith".
"He is all healed up but due to exhaustion he is unconscious", Heith paused as she looked at Kai and continued, "He shall wake up soon".
Hearing her, Freya was relieved as she sat Beside Kai, gazed at him.
I wasn't thinking I will be so attached to you in just 2 years. Freya smiled at Kai.
"Take him to the tower, Ottar", Said Freya as gazed at Heith and reveals a warm smile.
Heith nodded, Even though she was confused, And the question in her mind was, "Who is Kai?".To make their Goddess rush to the Folkvangr, Even the members of Freya familia don't know much about Kai, They just see him as a kid who comes to see his master Ottar. Only some higher-ranked members like Allen, Hogni, Hedin, etc knew that Kai was a member of Freya Familia, but even they don't know about the exact details and relationships of Kai with Ottar and Freya.
Whereas Ottar didn't dare make Freya wait after what happened earlier, He quickly took Kai back to Babel Tower.
After taking Kai to Freya's room and making Kai lay down on the bed, Freya looked at Ottar.
"Ottar, I hope, You owe me an explanation", Asked Freya, Even though she had seen it she wanted to hear everything from Ottar.
Ottar slowly explained every moment of the spar, he didn't dare miss a single detail.
"He is not a normal kid", Ottar said as he ended his explanation.
"Hmm, You are right, to possess such powers is not Normal", Said Freya," Earlier, I had my doubt that he is a member of some ancient Clan, But after some searching, I found out that no ancient Clan possesses a power like his blue flames".
"Do you think he is ready", asked Freya. Within these 2 years, Kai's identity was not exposed to anyone, and no one other than the members of the Freya, that know about his existence.
Freya was not willing to take the risk, The existence of his flames can make an Uproar in Orario. While Kai was slowly revealing his Monstrous strength, talent, and new secret stored within his body. As time passed by Kai's existence was becoming more valuable.
"He is more than ready, Freya sama", Ottar responded with a smile.
Freya revealed a smile, she was curious and excited to see the reaction the people of Orario give when Kai reveals his existence.
"Freya Sama, I would like to say something", asked Ottar.
Freya nodded in agreement.
"But If it's about Kai then you have to wait until he wakes up", said Freya.
"Then I shall take my leave, Freya sama", Ottar said as he left the room.
While Freya sat beside Kai and caressed his hair, "Over exaggerating yourself just to enter the dungeon, You such need a lesson for worrying me".
She kissed his forehead and said, "Any way you did great Kai".

(2 days later).
Slowly gaining his consciousness, Kai opened his eyes, He sat up and looked around. The room was still dark, it was nighttime, But when he noticed Freya sleeping beside him quietly, he was taken aback, It's not that why she was sleeping beside him, but She was sleeping without disturbing or hugging him.
If always were to be so peaceful, Kai thought as he gazed at Freya.
"How long was I unconscious Code", Kai asked inwardly.
[< 2 days>], replied Code.
"That was longer than, I expected", Kai said calmly.
"Open status".
Suddenly a blue panel appeared in his mind.

Wasn't the Slaying the black Dragon, the last great quest left, And when did the quest activate, What does it mean by Black dragon Inheritance and when did I gain 100,000 Sp, Thought Kai.
"Hey Code, Tell me what happened after I was unconscious", Asked Kai.

that explains where the 100,000Sp came from, Kai smiled as he thought, The new quest sure doesn't look easy.
Suddenly a Kai remembered something,
The previous Quest was completed, Was I able to hurt Ottar, I didn't see any injury, and My spear also missed, Thought Kai.
"Hey code, Did I hurt Ottar", Asked Kai.
[< there was a slight cut on his cheek but I will not put it as hurt him>] replied Code.
Slight cut??, Looks Like I won't be able to enter the dungeon before 10 Thought Kai.
Kai sighed but he quickly reveals a smile, Closing his eyes he started circulating, the blue flames inside his body while using the thunder breathing technique.
Meanwhile, the warmth Air surrounding Kai, Woke up the Goddess sleeping beside him.
Kai suddenly felt a hand reach his ear, and all of a sudden pull his Ear.
"Ouch Ouch", Kai groaned in pain as he looked at the smiling Goddess.
"You dare start training the moment you woke up", Said Freya as she pull Kai's ear more forcefully.
" But I was just..", Kai wasn't able to finish his sentence as Freya released his ear and tightly hugged him.
"You did great Kai, But remember never to be reckless like before", Said Freya as she tighten the hug.
Kai didn't resist as he reveal a smile.
Looks like I scared her, Thought Kai
"I won't", Kai smiled at her.
"Now see, Because of you I wasn't able to sleep well the last two nights", Freya said as he forced Kai to lie down.
Freya tightly hugged kai while pretending to sleep.
I don't know if I will die to exhaustion or not, But I am sure someday Because of this Hug, I will surely die due to lack of oxygen, Sighed Kai as he ended up sleeping again.
