Exploring the Night Sky

A spirit tide refers to the phenomenon of a world going through phases of extreme spirit energy potency to one of very little. The higher the potency of spirit energy, the easier it was to connect to various other planes where other beings lived, and vice versa. A spirit tide coming in represented a dark night where the wild animals would attack a village, but now it was devils and fiends from other planes clawing at the walls.

Ravi Sidus begins the story as young boy who experienced a great catastrophe right as the first signs of a spirit tide began. Alone, and half blind he starts his journey to strengthen himself to heights farther and farther still.
