A world of fairytales is just a book away. But, what if a single book causes the world of idols from Pripara and the world of fairytales to be connected.

After opening a magical book that leads them to a magical library, three friends begin a magical adventure in the world of fairytales. There is magic all around them as they learn how to wield the magic of Fairytale Defenders. Everything appears fine on the surface, but there is more than what appears to be.

When a mysterious teen named N came and try to destroy Inuy and Rosie, a mystery begins. Mana and her friends soon discover the legend of Dragon Princess and her Rainbow Heart. It's a race against the clock to find the princess and Rainbow Heart before it's too late.

Who is the Dragon Princess? Why is N after her? Does Inuy and Rosie know more than they lead on? Will Mana and friends solve the mystery before it's too late?
