Synopsis
There was a person named Xiu, he lived in a world where gates exist but to fight off the monsters inside the people who could awaken in this world were hybrids or awaken with genes of other animals.
The animal could be a real animal like dogs or cats, they could be extinct animals like dinosaurs or a wolly mammoth or they could be like the monsters from the gates or something that comes out of a novel like goblins or dragons.
Each Gene has a attack, defense, movement, mystic and unique skill, the first three could explain be explained by itself but the other two were special.
The mystic skill was a skill that all of those who shared the same animal gene would have and the unique skill is a skill created from a mixture of your gene and the gene that you have mixed into yourself.
But Xiu was didn't awaken with a gene and it was the first recorded instance of that generation of happening so he was bullied for being weak and pathetic because everyone was ranked by strength.

Monster level 1s were allowed to go and fight gates which Xiu didn't even have the liberty to think about doing it, so Xiu was bullied for being weak since a gene allowed a person to get the gene's skills which he jad none.
But whoever said that the human gene doesn't give you a skill?

After reading the first two chapters of the novel, I can say the plot has potential and will become the best novels in the near future. There are a few things he needs to improve before continuing this story. First, there is a vocabulary problem and grammatical errors in between. Although I understand the plot properly, it is a little painful for me to read sentences that aren't properly organized. Also, it is a little too fast paced for me as a reader that I can't connect with the characters properly. So, I suggest that author should slow it down and add some drama in between... like showing some bonding between his parents, the bullyings in the school or wherever he is at. Also, the brother hood between the friends like Se-hun so that the readers can engage in the story more. That's all. Other than that, the plot is good overall. Hope you rectify the mistakes and improve the chapters so that it turns into a masterpiece. All the best, author-nim. 🙂👍
i love how he combined the system and the gene vibe it just gave me a bit of nostalgia from the super gene days oh and the world gate that bring monsters awesome i really look forward to his continued work
OK, this is very nicely done. It has some areas that require polishing but its actually very good! Characters 70% story 90% background 40% it’s one of the weak points but as it’s over shadowed by the other points it’s barely noticeable. I enjoyed reading and hope the writer continues.
