Hacking the Heart

Kai is an experienced hacker who has taken to cybercrime as a last resort - his younger sister, Asami, is suffering from leukaemia and needs medication the insurance company is not ready to pay for. When Asami becomes resistant to her treatment, Kai starts targeting rich individuals and corporations by hacking their finances to get his sister an expensive gene therapy treatment.
 
Utilising an ingenious circuit of leaking the funds through cryptocurrencies, offshore accounts and shell companies, Kai manages to steal $ 250,000 from Indira Chopra, CFO at a major tech company. This gives Asami time to get ready for her first therapy sessions. Onward, more efforts are required to pursue her treatment plan. When fate brings them together, Kai and Indira cannot help but fall in love with each other. As they become closer, the lie seems to become unsettling for Kai. Would Indira know the actions of what Kai has done?
