Synopsis
after the war between the gods the humans had aquired an power called "Life manifestation" by using the users life essence to create powerful techniques.
But life essence can only be harnessed with bonds and attachments to a person that they can't easily let go of easily, whether it was through emotional attachments to certain things or mental or physical trauma, and those who can harness them are called "exousia users".
"Rei-kim Woo" grew up in solitude locked away from the rest of the world, because of the danger around him.
without any choice his parent were forced to lock him away in an artificial forest in a cave system deep underground to keep him safe from any harm.
he was raised by his mother's summon that taugh him everything they could.
His mother's Exsousia taught him everything other than one thing. ''Emotions" summons are summons after all, they are different from humans who naturally grew up with emotions.
It left rei ignorant and devoid of any understandings of human emotions.
and because of it rei weren't able to have any bond with things, places nor people's making him unable to harness the life essence thats essential for using the life manifestation
but after an unintentional event where a girl he met showed him her newly developed technique called "blood blade" surge of unknown memories flashed before his eyes.
is he a regressor from the future who returned in the past without any of his memories?
or is that memories from the future that his future self sent back to the past?

Hi there! I'm "Creating_fantassy," the author of this book. Unlike any other stories, "Hopes From Darkness" focuses on storytelling rather than the actual fight, although there will be a ton of fight scenes in this story. I plan not to put any limit on every single character and make them able to grow more and more as the story proceeds. --- **Imaginary Questions Time!** --- **Will there be any romance?** Of course, but I don't plan on making it overly sweet. **Will there be a harem?** I don't plan on that ever happening. **How many characters would die?** *smirks* A lot, but I plan on having their influence on the living characters and not cutting them off entirely. **Do places that exist in real life appear here?** Yes, but unlike other stories, I plan on adding places that don't exist. **How big is the world in this story?** Well, given how many animes, mangas, manhuas, manhwas have such big worlds, I haven't given that any consideration yet, but maybe 7 to 10 times bigger than our actual world. **What type of powers do they have?** You'll find out after reading the prologue ;) As you can see, this is my first-ever book, and my writing skill isn't that fluid yet, but I will do my best and practice to give you all high-quality storytelling.
at first i'm a bit confused when i read the prologue and the early 1st chapter cuz he didn't introduce the mc first and already made action scenes. but you introduced the mc later on, idk if you meant it to suggest the time difference between the first characters you introduced first and i like the power systems and how they work were kinda unique too (in my opinion) your way of writing isn't that as expressive as other authors but i like how i can still understand it and catch the pace of the story.
