While the story is very good and characters are interestin, but why is the writing style SO OVER THE TOP??? The characters dialogue and the descriptions themselves sound like somebody tried mixing old english with maybe Addams family style, and came up with something combining the most dramatic parts of both writing styles (especially the Addams themselves had so much more victorian style speech. I understand the originally were supposed to be like that, BUT NOT THIS MUCH) thus making me have shivers from second-hand embarrassment every few paragraphs. Overall love the story, but I don't think I could read this further with the writing style it currently has.
