Everything about this is below average. It’s your everyday harem where the girls are spared or forgiven and they fall in love because the MC spouted some bull. The story itself is everywhere no rhythm no good story telling it’s like he wrote it down and was like bam all good. Once again the story is full of plot holes and missing information let alone HEAVY plot armor. I would not recommend

Honestly, this is not quite good not quite bad. It is just meh. Some character actions are borderline idiotic and the protagonist's plot armor is very healthy. This just feels like your regular run of the mill isekai pure boy with some medical knowledge and a big boatload of naivety.

This story completely pulled me in from the first few chapters. The tone, the atmosphere, and the way you balance action with emotion all made it play out like a movie in my head. It’s rare to find a novel that feels this visual, every scene feels like it’s waiting to be drawn. I kept imagining how incredible it would look as a manga or webtoon. If it ever gets adapted one day, I’ll definitely be first in line to read it!
