It’s peak fiction. The author has done an incredible job of integrating the already existing characters into their story. They’ve perfectly captured Misogi’s sarcastic pessimism and his uncanny knack for “Bringing out the worst in people.”; along with Kiyotaka’s calculated habit of shaping his internal monologues to make him think like a normal person. I’ll say it again; the story is well-written, well-structured, and well-interpreted peak fiction.

Writing quality: great, few if any errors, perfectly fine flowing grammar. Overall, good fluency. Story development: a strong point in this fic, same with its character design. The plot flows perfectly for a COTE fic, fast enough for me and indepth enough to not feel shallow. The main character is actually involved in plot instead of just watching it go along and overall the story is pretty funny alot of the time. Character design: Now obviously the character isn't newly created but that's fine because I read this for the main character. Kumagawa personality is fully shown, and his interactions with the cast are probably the best part of the fic. The author cooked when writing his character in the story. Update quality: Never been picky with update quality and author seems to upload two chapters a week minimum which is totally fine with me, easy 5 stars. World background: Like it should be for most fanfics on good original works, it's 5 stars, the COTE world is already fleshed out but even if don't know anything about the story really, the author explains the background enough for you to understand the basics. Overall, it's not my fault that this is 5 stars fictions. Keepy cooking author.

Only a bit over halfway through the fic but I had to stop reading just to write this review. I can go and say this is PEAK and allat and that's 100% TRUE. However, I'll give this an honest rating: I cannot for the life of me deal with the difficulty there is to juggle so many complicated/unique/irritating characters such as there are in COTE. I am not all too familiar with Kumagawa and have gotten a better understanding of his character through this fic alone and I must say - both he and the other characters are top-notch in writing. The creme of the crop, the creme de la creme. Kumagawa is disruptive and infinitely entertaining to read as he lowers every single one of the unhealthy serious characters to a more grounded level through his sheer absurdity. The COTE cast are all in-character and react as I would have imagined they would react when faced with the character and circumstances that is Kumagawa. The canon divergence is clear, the fic does not hug Canon too tightly, relying more on my favorite method of the snowball effect which is adding a character like Kumagawa into the blender. Of course, some things stay the same but it all makes logical sense. Finally, the Original events sir Author wrote as a result of Kumagawa at leat up to Chapter 19 have been equally entertaining and thought out. All in all, masterfully written. 10/10 would read it again and will be continuing to read it.

This is peak!!!! I will put this fanfiction at the same level to the one I read in the past such as Classroom of the Elite: Alter from Izaya-Hasegawa and Classroom of the Elite: OC the unpolished diamond by Ryuzu.....The True Elites by Rhymar, Hikigaya's Route to Senior High Is Not Normal, As Expected by 12thirtypain03 or COTE : Elites War - Oblivion by Zheeyah, or I Reincarnated As Yamauchi in COTE by wondering_boson_04.... Basically for me its one of the peak fanfictions I've ever read....Good Job Author!!!! More please!!!! TLDR; [4.4/5] It would probably rank in the top 5 fanfic I've ever read in my life. Honestly, no words, it's a masterpiece. Writing Quality: It's written almost perfectly for a Webnovel audience. The trap most native english speakers fall into when writing webnovels is that they write them too similarly to their academic papers, this fic shattered my expectations of this phenomenon and inverted my standard for alternative solvency. The writing quality is an oasis in a barren wasteland, you won't be disappointed. Stability of Updates: Can't really judge this until around 50 chaps, we'll see. Story Development: Looking at it objectively, the fic has a slow pace, yet you never notice it because it's a pace that makes sense with the character of the MC. And, you will not be disappointed during the key turning moments, the tension building is great. The author also chose to do something that like, 0 COTE fanfics do and that is to actually write EXPULSIONS. It's extremely refreshing. Character Design: This is the part the author does the best. The character interactions are honestly on the level of Absolute Regression's character interactions. They're realistic, raw, and oftentimes, it would elicit some sort of outburst of laughter or a visceral chuckle at, well, you'd understand if you read the fanfic. Perfection. World Background: It's COTE, not really much to say. Like, the one unique thing the author could do is like, play with the transmigration aspect a little more, but honestly I don't see how it'd help the fanfic at all. The world building is solid, that's all, but it's not a bad thing either. I'm addicted, I'll probably come back for each and every chapter, and each chapter is long af too, more akin to what you'd find on ff dot net. I would strongly recommend this fanfic, it's actually THAT good.

You had me at Kumagawa Misogi, you lost me at Powerless. Yeah, I saw the good reviews and despite not reading much, am giving this a 4.2 star. Why 4.2? Because everything else is a five star except the Story Development which i personally brought down to the lowest possible level. Why? I love Kumagawa. I didn't watch Medaka box but just watching his YouTube videos left me honestly shivering with joy. You took away his powers in this one. Not much of an interesting read for me anymore. But the writing quality is good so I'll give everything else but the story development a Five Star, getting my point and dislike across while not Making a good author get less than a four star. Bye!

What can I say I never read the manga, but the anime was one of the first I ever watched so it has a special place in my heart, anyways… I was not expecting such PEAK on this mtl ridden app, the characters well at least in my opinion are on point if I could ride the Author’s meat like Drake and Ye fans are still riding Drake’s and Ye’s meat I would ride the Author’s all day no questions, from the bottom and entirety of my being I thank you for this gourmet 5 star PEAK Fiction🥲.
