"Landis has been protecting me after we found out Syria could remove the spell from the masks! But mine was a prototype! I never thought they'd be back after so many years!" Britille continued. "How? How could you have all met? There's no way..." Esai asked as he furrowed his brows.

"It was a brief moment and we had no idea that Syria could break Britille out of whatever trance she was in... It was merely my own hypothesis after it had happened." Landis said as he stroked his bushy beard. "So having her remove the kids masks was a gamble?! What if it didn't work! What if it turned into a bigger disaster?!" Calder shouted.

"... But she calmed you down when you were slipping back into your trance." Landis said calmly. Calder flinched. He was right. "Syria?" Calder called out and Syria wiped away her tears in frustration. "Just from a brief moment you made such a big gamble? Though for me...." Syria said with a bittersweet smile.
