To lazy to write a lot but it’s rlly good. only reason I’m giving it 4.4 is the updating stability
Great start. AlwaYs loved foodie mc’s so the more Food aDdicts the better”” and the worldbuilding seems pretty solid with the cultivation System up till now seemingly perfectly worked out And 100% logical
Okay so, I already made a small review when this novel was Less than 5 ch big, so now 25 chapters in I feel like I should write a new one. the novel itself is Imo AMAZING. The author is clearly new to writing so the Characters sometimes feel like they lack some depth or the situation could be described in a more lively way, And the novel only updates once A week which is sad considering how good the novel is. but for the good parts, The worldbuilding is so complete I haven’t found a single loophole yet, everything every character does has its own reasons and doesn’t feel random or plot armor related. The worldbuilding itself with the cultivation and core spirit system feels like one complete whole that is completely logical and doesn’t feel forced or random. The author clearly doesn’t like that element of mystery where most novels only reveal certain worlldbuilding stuff after dozens or hundreds of chapters in as if the author is making stuff up as they go. This author clearly planned for months to make Everything seamless and doesn’t try to hide info from the reader. It lacks some excitement to not have this element of mystery constantly, but it feels a lot more relaxing and refreshing to know for once what is going on in a novel and it makes it feel way more realistic this way and honestly is a good change for once compared to all the typical tropes and gimmicks. Finally I want to adress the disaster dice that just got revealed (chapter 25) Which made me write this review in the first place. A D&D dice based character where we, the readers decide what the roll is so even the author doesn’t know what will happen??? That feels SO REFRESHING and is such a fun way to have your readers influence the novel in a way and prevents it from being used as plot armor. All in all, GREAT NOVEL, AMAZING WORLDBUILDING & CONCEPT and i am 100% a fan! Keep it up author. Would defo reccomend if you are looking for eastern Fantasy that is not the Generic type novel with a forced illogical system or tons of loopholes in the worldbuilding. ofcourse if you are the type of reader who reads hundreds of chapters a week or more this might not be your type of novel due to the weekly uploads (not including bonus chapters)
Author here! shameless 4.6 Since My updates are not 7+ per week and I’m not a native english speaker so my writing can sometimes have spelling Mistakes or weird sentences or have difficulty conveying emotions or facial expressions. I did put a lot of time in my worldbuilding though and made sure that everything in this Novel is built upon logic and I will continue trying to do so. So no Illogical plot armors or sudden event Saving the mc in a crucial moment. Everything will be built opon logic And i hope many see this as a fun thing whilst reading my novel. and if you ever happen to find a loophole or something doesn’t add up please leave a chapter comment or paragraph comment i Always look at every single one so Don’t hesitate to notify me if you feel it can be improved of if you find a flaw. This novel is not a fighting 24/7 type Cultivation novel where the mc runs into increasingly stronger opponents Without rest. i also try avoid typical “Arrogant young master” and other typical scenarios. Sorry for the long post, Please enjoy the novel since I plan to keep going for a long time. i will try to keep a daily upload Schedule using bonus chapters but during busy periods this number can go down to one a week minimum. Amazing noVel, Especially love the disaster dice ability. Keep it up! very refreshing And fun worldbuilding And incredible concept. weekly uploads are a pain tho due to how good the novel is
really like the concept and its a fluent read so far. The title of the book could be changed to the first 3 senteces of the synopsis tho: Immortality? Whats that? Can u eat it?. But thats IMO of course. Other than that this novel could go any direction and im looking forward to the character development and the way things shall turn out!
