Synopsis
Ivan Balor was once a normal dude from Earth, then he woke up a Glowing One Ghoul in a world that rings a distant bell with a set of memories that aren't his own.
In the ashes of a burnt world so similar, yet dissimilar to his own, Ivan coasts along to survive for several decades. His ventures have led him to a point in his life in which a series of events sends him on a new adventure.
This fiction will eventually cross over to RWBY/Remnant. Although, this crossover is a distant ways away and is more ACT 2 of ACT 1 than any crossover. IE, this is an Isekai.

Ivan does not have memories of the Fallout Franchise due to a drawback called 'New Game'.
No Artwork belongs to me and has been ripped off of Google Images. Message my Web Novel account to get no response for several business weeks to months, but I will eventually check and remove the artwork from either the cover or any message boxes.
I only own Ivan and my OC's, any faction I've used is inspired from various other wasteland themed fictions that I subconsciously steal from. All rights go to those that actually own the franchise.
This Fiction is solely written to day-dream about cyborg-girls killing shit in cool ways.

i just started this but I'm already wondering how it'll end. this story isnt just a good fanfic it axctually made me excited to keep reading. nd that doesn't happen a lot. so please don't drop the story and take my stones. pause.
Fantastic story, very unique premise. No grammar issues as far as I can tell. Very good pacing. Love that Mc is basically building a female Adam Smasher. Shame it hasn't been updated for quite a while.

It’s good, really good. No grammar errors as far as I can see and really interesting. The main character is a glowing one, which is very unique and it makes the MC interesting. Biggest issue is that the author isn’t even active here anymore, which is really sad since he has some other good story ideas that haven’t been fully realized yet. Overall, pretty good but not worth the depression you’ll get waiting for the next chapter.

Writing Quality: I'd say I'm a good writer, so I'll give myself five stars. :) Stability of Updates: Uhhhh.... I'd say one, but that really hurts my ratings, so I'll put it to a three as I often write around 10k words in a single sitting and start posting all of that in a single night before going dark for several weeks to a month. Story Development: I have...an idea. The goal is RWBY, the plan is simple; there is no plan. Four-ish stars. Character Design: Ivan's a cool dude to develop with his 'history' I invent at the slightest whim. I feel like I can do the stern military thing with Ult and Alt's gonna be the loose cannon murder machine (maybe like Revy from black lagoon? Eh, WIP.). 5 stars due to the cool art I post in the paragraph comments. World Background: Fallout's really cool, I feel like I'm doing something cool with being in New York, and while I won't be doing a deep dive into the Patriots like we can do with the Brother Hood of Steel in-game, they're more the baddies we'll be battling in the future. Remnant in the future is gonna be interesting to say the least and might be where this fic burns and dies like the ashes of the Old World though.
