Lucas continued walking until he saw Yugi 'hmm a duel with Yugi wouldn't be that bad' he thought
"Yugi Moto" he called out
"eh oh hello do you need something" Yugi asked
"You down to duel, I heard you won against Kaiba" he said "I would like to see what you're made of"
"oh sure, I never say no to a challenge" Yugi said
"so 1 locator card" Lucas asked
"sure" Yugi said
"Lets duel" they both shouted
"I'll go first" said Yugi "I set one card then I special summon apprentice illusion by discarding one card in my hand, I set another card face down and end my turn"
"I draw" said Lucas "well let's see how you handle yourself king of games, I activate mystical space typhoon and destroy your middle card"
"no my eternal soul" wailed Yugi
"then I activate Ghost meets girl and by discarding one card from my hand i choose plaguespreader zombie allowing me to special summon Shiranui spectralsword from my deck then I activate plaguespreader zombie's effect and discarding one card from my hand i get to special summon him back, welcome back my zombie then I summon Shiranui squire activating his effect I get to special summon Shiranui spectralsword shade from my hand I then select Shiranui spectralsword, plaguespreader zombie and Shiranui squire to link summon Shiranui skillsaga supremacy, now attack Apprentice illusion magician" said Lucas
"just a moment Lucas, I activate my trap card magician's navigation it allows me to summon a dark magician from my hand then to special summon one card from my deck, I think I'll choose another apprentice illusion magician" said Yugi oh wait now Atem
'oh that's just strange how he turned into Atem this shit messed up' Lucas thought "well I still attack apprentice illusion magician"
"oh no you don't" said Atem "I activate apprentice illusion magician's effect by discarding the other Apprentice from the field he gains 2000 attack points"
(8000-1700=6300 Lucas Lp)
"what" exclaimed Lucas "ugh well at least skillsaga can't be destroyed by battle so he remains on the field, I end my turn"
"my turn Lucas, I draw and set 2 cards face down it's time for a battle" Atem said "Dark magician attack Shiranui skillsaga supremacy dealing you 200 damage although I can't destroy It, now I attack Shiranui spectralsword shade, wait what why isn't it destroyed"
"oh I forgot to say Skillsaga's effect is effective for all my Shiranui monsters so yeah you still deal 1200 damage so good job" said Lucas
(6300-1400= 4900 Lucas Lp)
"wow cool card" said Yugi
'what the fuck did they switch' thought Lucas ' that's just wrong in so many ways'
"well before I end my turn I activate illusion magic by discarding apprentice illusion magician
I get to add 2 dark magician's from my deck to my hand then I end my turn"
"I guess it's my turn I draw, then I activate Shiranui spectralsword from my graveyard banishing him and Shiranui squire I get to synchro summon Shiranui samuraisaga to the field then I activate book of life to special summon Shiranui samurai to the fie-"
"wait just there" said Atem "I can activate magician's navigation from the graveyard banishing him I negate your spell"
"good move but not enough" said Lucas "I attack Dark magician with Samuraisaga although they both have the same attack points my monster doesn't get destroyed because of Skillsaga's effect, now skillsaga attack him directly then spectralsword shade attack him for 800"
(8000-3100=4900 Atem Lp)
"NO my dark magician" said Atem " urgh I draw, special summon Apprentice illusion magician to the field in defense mode by discarding the last card in my hand and I end my turn"
'no I'm going to lose' thought Yugi 'what do we do spirit' Yugi asked
'I don't know Yugi there's nothing we can do he was the better duelist' Atem responded
"now my turn I draw, ha I guess it's time to end this I summon another Shiranui samurai to the field selecting him and spectralsword shade I synchro summon Shiranui squiresaga, I activate his effect discarding 1 monster card from my graveyard I can boost all my cards attack by 300" said Lucas " now squire attack apprentice illusion magician, now your wide open Shiranui samuraisaga attack him directly"
(4900-2800=2100 Yugi LP)
"Arghh" growled Atem
"now Skillsaga end this duel attack him with Shiranui swallow slash"
Skillsaga leapt into the air two hands on the katana and with one slice everything went silent until, Yugi's life points went to 0
(2100-2600=0 Yugi Lp)
Yugi sighed "I guess you won, here's your locator card" Yugi handed him one locator card "and what card do you want?" he asked
'hmn I guess I could go with that I was thinking about making a spellcaster deck anyways and well with a few tweaks of course' Lucas thought
"I would like the trap card Eternal soul" Lucas responded
Yugi seemed surprise he didn't ask for dark magician "well here you go I guess" said Yugi
"it was a good duel Yugi, you fought hard but I won" said Lucas "oh one more thing I forgot to tell you I'm a king of games too so don't feel to bad about it"
"what" Yugi exclaimed "you beat pegasus too"
"yeah he wasn't bad, well whatever catch you later Yugi" said Lucas
"oh okay bye" saluted Yugi
'my next move is to get my new deck up and running but I'm still missing a few card and I know just where to get them, Kaiba I'm coming for you' Lucas thought
