Kereo was always lead to believe that humans were the dominant species, that every other was considered naught but monsters to be disposed of.

Goblins, orcs, ogres, imps, spirits. All of them were considered enemies that were far lower than humans. One day, upon meeting an injured monster, a young tree spirit by the name of Castra, Kereo's entire world is flipped onto its head.

Now, with him starting at an Academy revolving around the slaying of those deemed monsters, Kereo will have to decide for himself where he stands.
