Synopsis

This story is a well hidden gem. Initially though it was a normal reincarnation , but the way the Main character handles the situations around her. So level headed. I dont understand much about the Unions and concepts of being in an army. However the way of life is being gently unfurled to us readers. Anyway good job and I really hope this story gets selected.

Unlike other reborn novels with full of revenge, rapes scenario etc., I find this more pleasing as the FL became more rational in correcting her wrongdoings especially to her family. I hope this one gets selected first as I much prefer this in comparison to novels with weakling FLs that depend so much on the ML. The best of the story is its setting. Story backtracked in 1983 when everything was so simple then. A military setting where people rely on its capability to finish the tasks assigned to them. A poor family in a poor community. None are those outrageous wealth. What is so typical of this story? The white lotuses, a traitor friend, a pushover Female Lead who doesn’t know how to stand up and protect herself from people maligning her. Given the 60 chapters, the romance part is slow and dragging. The Author really writes well. Kudos! Hope to expect better plots and twists on the story.
This is a good novel, I was originally just reading it to gain more points but I ended up finishing the trial read and now I have to wait for the novel to be updated, sigh.

I like that this story doesn't have evil stepmother and stepsister that try to steal the ML. Tired of that kind storyline already. Hope that this novel will be chosen to be translated.

This is a nice story that doesn't focus on the MC's revenge towards those who have supposedly wronged her but focuses on fixing the past mistakes that she had made in the past due to her own greed. It's rare to find MC's that doesn't whitewash themselves turning into the pitiful character that was treated unfairly. She actually knew of her own mistakes and regretted them. Not to drag other books but at some point it's just tiring to see the MC's go all "They have wronged me, they shall die" even when the main reason of all of those tragedies is herself.
Praise the name of the Lort finally a Chinese novel with a reincarnated female who is not a doormat, and a decent Male lead. The female lead, actually understands that she is to blame for her terrible ending, and begins to change. A refreshing must read, highly recommended.

Finally a reincarnated story that is not all about hatred or revenge. One of the best parts of this story is that the FL isn’t too overbearing after her reincarnation. I’m really loving the fact that FL is actually moving forward and really using the second chance of life not to stay or linger too much on past life grudges. This is an actually nice refreshing and more down to earth reincarnated story. Can’t wait for more to come😆😆😆
Review based on the first 60 chapters (Trial Read): Well written (translated?), at least based on what have been released so far. Hopefully, this story does not disappoint at the end. Hopefully, too, Shen Ning, the Female lead will remain smart, calm and collected, and strong-willed ( I really hate it when the FL is whiny, and relies too much on the ML.) - someone who can calmly solve her own problems.
I really liked this rebirth trial read I hope the translator/author release more than just these 60 chapters. I'm excited to read more, hopefully in the near future.
