"Listen to me, I don't know what the hell you did to these people, but you have two choices. Either I report you all to the LCPD or you let me become a part of your pack." Karla stated, not giving them an easy option.
"We have to leave now! The police are getting closer!." Dritan hollered from where he stood, taking a step closer.
"Your time is running out." Karla reminded the three of them, as she stared eye to eye with the leader.
"Just grab her and let's get the fuck out of here!." Cora yelled, her eyes scanning the area, taking a sweep at alternative exits.
Karla grinned at him, a sick grin, one showing that she knew she had an upper hand in the situation.
"You're just a stubborn pain in the ass drunk on your own stupidity and simplicity." He crooned unequivocally.
In seconds, he swept Karla off her feet, taking both his pack members by surprise. Karla herself was stunned by the sudden turn out of events.
She raised up her head, to see a leg flying above her in midair, pointed sharply, and the next thing she saw was utter blankness and darkness.
[Stubborn bastard! You just knocked out your mate!.]

A sexy chuckle escaped the lips of the boss, puzzling Karla, but not as much as when Mr Grey sat on his office chair legs apart, without noticing she was hiding under his desk!.

This novel has a very unique take on the werewolf theme. It truly was a breath of fresh hair to read a werewolf novel that wasn't stereotypical. The novel had little to no grammatical errors so it was a smooth and easy read. There really wasn't anything to complain about with this novel, everything was depicted perfectly. Overall, this was a good read. I especially loved how the author worded the scenes and subtly described the surroundings of her characters. This novel is beyond impressive and surely awaits tremendous success. [img=recommend]
Here are my thoughts about this novel based on what I read so far World-Building: As for Werewolf or Lycans story type, the world-building is quite impressive. The author not only introduce the lycan element, it's also variety or twist such as demon. Which is could be the stand out point for this novel. However, I believe the author can explore more about the world itself because so far the description of the world is okay especially the Liberta City. But, it needed more context or description to make it more interesting. Character: So far, Karla is quite interesting and very stand out than the other female lead. She is witty, smart, and very chill too. Therefore, there will be an exciting development of her character on the set up she had and her importance that will move the plot. While the side characters are okay for now. Overall, the writing on this story is very smooth and clean that have a good potential. Keep up the good work!!

I like the MC role, a kinda wild girl, the synopsis convey the exact story, well described and detailed scenes, can't stop reading this book
First of all, pacing is great, grammar is great, I have little to complain about. I'm just not into romance. Otherwise I would enjoy this book a lot. While this must be a great book for those who are into romance, I find myself lagging at some points. The intensity of the language can at times take me out of the story, and at other times, it pushes me deeper into this world. Overall this is a good book; this is enjoyable even though I don't normally read such books.

I have to say this book is great. The author is focused about world building. He has well-designed characters and side characters that will keep the plot interesting. As for the story itself, well you can simply see from the title.
This novel sure starts with a darker tone than most. it has a realistic fill that adds all the other fantastic elements into seamlessly.. I enjoyed Karla's character, I'm glad she isn't the typical damsel in the distress, in fact, she seems to be who she is because of the environment... the writing quality is great, the way it is portrayed is fantastic and nice to read.. the flow is also good, I didn't have any difficulties following the plot.. Great Work Author!
