Chapter 60: Encounter with the curious girl
Shun looked at the blue haired girl who was still inside the shop even after the incident that took place just now was slightly surprised and asked, "Who are you?"
"Oh! I am Nejire Hado, but you can call me Nejire-chan." said Nejire with a smile on her face.
Shun was about to ask something else from her but in an instant she moved away and went towards the young man who was still stuck inside a glue like substance and started asking him some questions, though she didn't receive an answer since the boy was unable to move.
Shun seeing that just shrugged his shoulders and once again focused back at his ice-cream not even bothering to free the young man.
'Let him learn from this.' was what Shin thought and looked at his phone.
But soon his attention was drifted away from his ice cream as the blue haired girl once again came in front of him.
"Oh, is that an ice-cream? Does your quirk work by eating ice-cream?"
Shun looked towards the girl and said, "Listen here.....Hado-san. I don't think you should be here right now."
"Hmm why?" asked the girl with an innocent look and tilting her head.
"Didn't you see what just happened here. Police will be coming here anytime soon and I don't think you would like to get dragged in the case." replied Shun.
"Oh! It will be interesting. I have never taken part in a police investigation. I will stay and see. By the way why are you staying back? Do you want to take part in the case as well?"
"No I don't want to but I am pulled in this whether I like it or not, since I took them down.....and I also need to pull them out once the police arrives as well." said Shun when suddenly he felt something wet on his hand and saw that his ice cream was melting. He sighed and then used customize create on the ice cream to prevent it from melting and started eating.
"Hey, it just glowed and stopped melting was that your quirk as well?" asked Nejire.
Shun didn't say anything and just nodded his head. Seeing him nod Nejire's eyes widened as they started twinkling. She then stared intensely at the ice cream and after a while an audible gulp was heard by Shun as Nejire went and bough an ice cream as well.
'....She got tempted seeing me eating, huh..." thought Shun.
"...By the way what is your name? I already told you mine."
"...Shun Kazami..." said Shun as he checked his phone checking some deals on some of the materials that he needs.
Nejire smiled and said, "Let's get along from now on Shun-kun." and moved her hand forward.
Shun looked at her smiling brightly and thought and moved his hand as well and shook hands with her.
Both of them started talking to each other as there was not much there to do.....well it was mostly Nejire who was talking while Shun just answered where ever he felt it was fine.
After a while the police came and the officers immediately recognised Shun as he was regular at their station since he usually took down some people from time to time whenever he comes to visit Rumi.
It didn't take much time since their was none of them who was injured....well except for the young man who wanted to play hero was taken away by the police to get him out of there.
Once all was done Shun started walking towards his home but soon noticed that Nejire was following him. He turned around and looked at her who was looking around with a curious look on her face and asked, "What happened Nejire....do you need something from me?"
"Oh, Shun.....can you tell me where are we?" asked Nejire while still looking around.
Shun frowned hearing that and asked, "Where do you live?"
Nejire looked at him and told him her address hearing which Shun asked, "Why the hell did you come this far then?"
"Oh, those people who you burried in the ground. I saw them earlier and heard them talking about something, it looked interesting to me so I followed them." said Nejire with a smile on her face.
Shun stared at her and blinked his eyes in surprise and thought, '....In a way she is even more troublesome compared to Mirio and Tamaki...'
Shun took out his phone and called Rumi, "Hey Rumi, it might take me a bit longer to come back...a lost child....need to send her home.....leave some cake for me as well or I will delete all your saved data on the games."
"Ok then let's go." said Shun as he looked at Nejire and said, "The address you told me was correct, right?"
Hearing which Nejire nodded and said, "Yes, will you send me home?"
"Seems like it....I have a feeling that you will just drift somewhere else if I just told you where to go from here." said Shun thinking about her changing her way once again as soon as she finds something interesting.
"...No way, I am not that dumb." said Nejire.
'....Then you do admit that you are dumb....' thought Shun as he started leading her to the address she told him.
Shun just went to an alley so as to not get caught using his quirk in public and made a scooter and got on top of it and gestured Nejire to get on.
Nejire happily complied as she was totally interested in what all Shun's quirk was able to do and didn't stop asking him the whole way.
Though Shun didn't tell her and just told her that it would be more interesting for her to find about it on her own which made a whole lot of understanding for Nejire making her nod her head in approval.
Soon they reached an area from where Nejire started to get familiar with the streets and started telling him the directions bto her home and in no time they were there.
Shun was planning to go back bit was stopped by both Nejire and her mom who in Shun's opinion was very beautiful....though the cute type. She thanked Shun for taking care of her and was very grateful since the Gil told her mother about how he took care of the robbers making her worry. She then gave Shun some snacks as a thank you for the all that which Shun accepted without any hesitation and a small smile on his face.
He then was on his way back to Rumi's place when suddenly someone jumped in front of his scooter making him surprised and absorbing the scooter back in his body immediately and get ready for battle.
Shun had his hands covered with his energy and Vibranium ready to make weapons. He then looked at the person who jumped in front of him and saw a girl....younger than him with white hair.
He calmed down a bit but still didn't let his guard down and was about to say something when he saw some tears appearing at the corner of her eyes making him stop and think, '....Why the hell is all this happening today? I JUST WANTED TO IMPRESS RUMI WITH MY COOKING DAMN IT!!!'
