Chapter 67: Going to school
The father who introduced himself as Papa Shirogane was sitting beside his son listening to what Kei had to say. Shun was sitting beside the little girl as he decided to see things till the end since he was the one who advised her to go and meet her father and brother.
In the middle of the talk Kei started tearing up seeing which, Shun wiped her tears and snot earning few glances from the father-son duo.
Once the talk was over Papa Shirogane looked towards Shun and bowed his head, "I am really grateful to you for helping my daughter.....but I am still not going to give her to you."
"...Way to go old man, and here I thought that you would say something decent." said Miyuki with a sigh.
Shun ignored his comment and asked, "Leave all that, tell me whether Kei can stay with you or not?"
Hearing that all three of them jolted a bit and looked towards the old man.
"What is that even to ask? Of course she will stay with us. She is my daughter afterall." said the man as if it was a fact.
Kei smiled hearing that and si did Miyuki. Shun nodded his head and looked towards Kei and said, "Good for you, Kei...though tell me if you want to do this again....here my contact no." said Shun as he moved his phone towards Kei.
"ZA WARUDO!!!" suddenly yelled the old man and in the next instant Shun's phone was in his hand.
Shun was surprised by what suddenly happened and immediately turned serious and was ready to attack.
"Oi!! What the heck was that for old man!!!" yelled Miyuki as he snatched the phone from him and gave it to Shun.
"See I told you right? He was trying to get my daughter's contact information to take his first step to stealing her." said the old man confidently.
"I am sorry Shun nii-san. My father didn't mean anything bad from it." apologized Kei.
"No need to apologize Kei, it's not your fault.....and you.....what the hell was that just now?" asked Shun as he looked towards the old man.
"Heh, you were surprised by my awesome quirk right? I call it ZA WARUDO!!" said Papa Shirogane.
"Kei what is his quirk?" asked Shun.
"Well his quirk allows him to stop time in a 5m area for 5 seconds.....though he must wait for 15 minutes to use it again." said the little girl.
"Oi Kei, don't reveal my trump card just like that."
"Hmph, it was your fault to use it on Shun nii-san." said Kei with a pout and looking away from him.
"Tch, she is already taking his side."
Shun who heard the discription of the quirk from the girl thought that his quirk was quite strong if used at the right time and narrowed his eyes as he marked the old man in his dangerous person list in his mind.
Shun then stood up from his spot and said, "Well, since it is settled. I should be going now."
The others stood up as well and thanked him once again. Shun knowing that his quirk was still in countdown gave a slip of paper with his contact details written on it to Kei, much to her father's annoyance.
Shun soon left their house and decided to fly back to Rumi's, as sun was about to set.

A few days passed by and Shun was back at Sorahiko's place who was back from his work.
Currently in the living room Shun, Sorahiko, Chiyo and Night eye were present with Shun facing the three of them.
"No." said Shun with total seriousness.
"....You need to go to school Shun." said Sorahiko.
"Why?" asked Shun
"Why?....well umm...." Sorahiko who heard Shun's question was not able to think of a reason. To study and gain knowledge? Shun was taught way more than that when he was in the research facility. To train his quirk?.....He could easily defeat many pro heroes. To make friends? He had friends already and was not a loner or shut-in. He also usually go out from time to time to play with them and to do some other stuff. To be a successful person?.....Shun's earning from repairing and selling things coupled with some All Might signed goods from time to time was good enough for a family of four to live comfortably.
"Ugh...." groaned Sorahiko.
"....I really hate this kid when he knows that he is right?..." said Night eye.
Seeing that the two men were unable to come up with any reasons to send him to school Shun smirked and looked at the two of them with a mocking gaze.
"...You want a reason to go to school, right?" asked Chiyo.
Hearing her suddenly bask a question Shun became serious as he knew that his grandma would have most probably found a way to convince him.
"...Sure there are not any normal reasons to send you to school....but just think about it, even if you are capable and all, there is no proof for all that...a do you think any girl would like to be with you knowing that you have no capabilities?" said Chiyo with a small smirk since she knew her grandson very well.
Shun who heard her words immediately turned serious and thought, '...Rumi knows how good I am and what all I can do...but if I don't have any reputation vot any sort.... a-and by chance we got together in future, then there would be a lot of people who will mock her...not to mention her own reputation bis kinda.....'
Shun furrowed his brows and clicked his tongue. He then glared at his grandma who had a smile on her face and a form in her hand which she slid forward and said, "Sign."
Shun sighed in defeat and signed the documents required for his admission and gave it back to his grandmother.
"Here grandma...that was not very nice if you."
"He he, I know but you should also understand that it for your own good...don't you want to have a rather normal life in future.....so why don't you do things normal people do." said Chiyo as she patted his head.
Shun sighed once again and lowed his head and said, "Fine.....I will go to that prison."
"Now now. it won't be that bad, it's just a school. You will have a lot of fun there with your friends you know. So cheer up.....Oh, I have baked some cookies for you. J totally forgot about that." said the old lady with a smile seeing which Shun smiled as well and said, "Thank you."
Meanwhile the other two men who got the papers signed filled the rest of the documents.
"See I told you that Chiyo would be helpful." said Sorahiko with a smirk.
"...I still cannot believe that Shun decided to go there just for girls....kids these days...." said Night eye with a slightly annoyed tone.
"Well what do you know...he does pick a few things up from me." said the old man with a proud look on his face.
"...So it's your bad influence that is corrupting Shun?..."basked Night eye.
"Hey, I am not a bad influence to him." retorted Sorahiko.
"Can't say that.....the way he finds comebacks to questions is definitely from you."
"Nah, that's his talent from the beginning, I myself am not able to find ways to reply to him in those cases." said Sorahiko.
"Whatever, I am not interested. Here my work is done. I will talk to the principal. So don't need to worry...just make sure to tell him to follow the rules there." said Night eye as he stood up from his spot and looked at Shun chatting with Chiyo and left.
